Highly recommend Canada's Restoration Services. called me back fast, inspected the next day( Marat the inspector was very prepositional), we compared them to 1 other company , even though prices were more or less the same we felt much more comfortable with Canada's Restoration Services. The team was very customer service oriented, professional and left the place looking perfect. The company wanted us to call other inspectors to perform clearance, we did and we were not surprised that they passed. Well done and thanks for helping us !

I would recommend Canada Restoration Services to all my friends & family. They are efficient, professional & above all a pleasure to deal with. I had a leak in my upstairs window which caused extensive mold damage that seeped through to my main floor kitchen ceiling & rotted the drywall, etc. which was causing bad air circulation in the house. Canada Restoration Services were quick to come & inspect the situation, quote me an ever so reasonable rate, provided friendly & quality service. They tore out the contaminated drywall & fixed the leak in the windows and cleaned out the mold spores. I have never been so impressed with any one company. Especially one found through the internet. I live abroad, I have family that lives in Toronto, they have a language barrier and they are not young. They told me they thought they had Mold, I went online and contacted a few companies. Canada’s Restoration Services called me back (out of Canada) to answer some questions (the only company that did) . After that I asked them to inspect and quote for the job. They sent me pictures, reports, scope of work and a very detailed estimate. I did research and found their price inline with the “norm”. The project was big, apparently lots of Mold. Canada’s Restoration Services did what they promised. Sending daily reports, updates to me, pictures of before and after, and passing the clearance test by another company with 100% success. I want to thank this amazing company, the project manager that managed the project and the great results. The response and service was immediate. My daughter thought we had mold growing in our basement. She called Canada's Restoration Services and was able to get a free inspection scheduled. Their honest investigation found NO MOLD! Of course, we were satisfied with the results, and were glad we were not taken advantage of!

Our basement flooded 2 weeks ago and when it happened my wife and I were desperate to get help. I had turned Canada Restoration Services to take on a full mould remediation for a house that was used for a “Grow op”. Canada’s Restoration Services was able to remove the mould from the home with amazing results and for a very competitive price. To whom it may concern, I am happy to guide you in your decision as to who to use for your mold remediation and water proofing. If you are like me, it can be overwhelming at first. All of the companies sound the same on paper because, for the most part, they are all following the same stringent guidelines for mold remediation. The difference is going to be their level of caring about you and your family. And the scope of services they can offer. Will they thoroughly answer all of your questions with confidence? And give you peace of mind? Canada Restoration Services knows their stuff. But they understand that mold remediation is THEIR business, not yours. So whenever they have a conversation detailing the work that will be done, they always use language that you or I can understand, but without a hint of condescension. Will they respond quickly should new issues arise? We have learned the hard way that a small mold problem can quickly turn into a fairly significant mold problem. The four companies who bid on repairing the wall were all more expensive than Canada Restoration Services. Canada Restoration Services has a separate reconstruction department that will walk you through what needs to be done to repair any space in which mold remediation required damaging your living space. And the bid is very detailed, so you know the work is being done to the highest of standards. The same holds true should you need new gutters and downspouts. They can address this, as well. Will the company be concerned about solving your water issues-- not just putting a band-aid on the problem? Canada Restoration Services has sent numerous individuals of varying specialties in an effort to locate the source of our water issue. Each person they sent was extraordinarily courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. respect. And were all really nice guys. Before I chose Canada Restoration Services, I had three other companies come in to bid on this job. NONE of the companies offered what Canada Restoration Services offered. And with all this, Canada Restoration Services STILL came in priced LOWER than their competition. The Rep from the company has done everything he can to keep MY costs low, even though HIS costs have risen due to the greatly expanded area of work our basement required. The team who came to do the work in our basement worked very hard and were very thorough. And each day, I would get an update of exactly what had been accomplished--- and any new issues uncovered. I could go on and on if I didn't have to go wake up my two-year-old and pick up my other two children from school! As you can tell, I highly recommend Canada Restoration Services without any hesitation. You will be so pleased with their quality of work and the "one-stop-shop" solution they offer. Outstanding !!! I had a flood from the drains in my basement. I called 2 companies,. Canada's Restoration Services called back in 2 minutes had a team over in less than 30 minutes. They explained what they will do and actually went beyond. After a few minutes we smelt through the ducts a great smell that got rid of the bad small we already had from the sewage. They put barricades up, prevented dust , and removed everything that was affected very fast . I work in a company that provides services and I can really say we can learn from the service Canada's Restoration Services provides for water damage. They deal with the INSURANCE!!!! Wow what a relief .The reconstruction crews was just as great as the emergency crews. I would recommend Canada's Restoration Services to anyone that finds themselves in a similar Problem

I had sewage backup in my basement. The smell was aweful and I wasn't about to go anywhere near it. Canada's Restoration Services was recommended to me, they arrived quickly and took action right away. They put barricades up to reduce the smell upstairs and removed everything that was affected very fast. I really appriciated that they kept me informed with pictures and documented everything that had to be thrown away for my insurance company. I am so glad I was given their phone number and I would recommend Canada's restoration Services to anyone that finds themselves in a similar predicament.

Pipe bursted in the basement, causing a flood. Drywall, carpets, insulation - all had to be removed and replaced. Canada's Restoration came literally 30 mins after my call. Handled all the details with my insurance and did a great job getting my basement back to top notch shape. Kudos to you guys!
