    Assessing possible water damage

    Alex booked an appointment with me to come see the water damage in our basement caused by a leaking dishwasher. He showed up on time, looked at the damage carefully and said the good news was that the leak was not so bad that we need full restoration services, just some simple repairs to the drywall and baseboard. He explained how he'd come to this conclusion: he said we had good quality insulation, the baseboard had not come away from the wall, and he had checked the moisture level with a meter device, etc. I trusted his assessment completely. If you, unfortunately, do need a restoration company, I think you'd be in excellent hands with this very, very professional company. Thank you.

    Attic Mold Removal

    Upon discovery of mold in our attic space (our bathroom fans were not correctly vented), we searched on the internet for a remediation company, and discovered Canada's Restoration Services. I had no prior experience with this type of problem, but the company had many positive reviews online. My initial quote was from Loretta, and to my surprise, the quote was fairly reasonable compared to the many horror stories on the web about mold infestation, and I was told that it would take between 4-5 hours to complete the work, based on the scope of the work required. There were stories on the internet of $8000-$10000, and although $2500 is by no means a small amount of money, it was a lot better than $10 grand. Ruben and Jose showed up at our home on time and were extremely courteous and friendly. They explained what they would have to do, and proceeded to do the work required. They set up a plastic tent within our hallway and hallway closet to isolate the contaminated area from our house, and had an air scrubber to clean any airborne particles within the workspace. They also had a carpet runner up our stairwell and front entrance so as not to dirty our living space. I was very sceptical due to the amount of mold that was in my attic, but after those two gentleman were in my attic for over 3 hours, the transformation was incredible!! The entire job lasted about 4 1/2 hours and I would recommend this company!

    Attic mold removal

    Alex and his team did a great job. Very happy with their service. Job was done on time and very professional team. Response time and communication was great as well.

    Mold Issue

    Had a mold issue in a seniors suite, Canada's Restoration response time and completion were incredible. I would definitely recommend this company to any one having issues and needs a reliable source.

    Attic service

    Excellent service . Helped me to remove mold from attic bellow the roof. Quickly and efficient . Nice people , very accurate . You won’t even see them working in your home

    Not happy with Canada's Restoration Services!

    We hired Canada's restoration services for mold remediation in our kitchen. during the quoting process we asked the estimator (Jorge) for a full quote for remediation and putting our kitchen back together. he could only provide a quote for the remediation part of the work at the time, and once they knew what they were working with and the wall was opened up he would quote us on putting it all back together. His team came and did a good job on the mold removal. Once they were done, we contacted the estimator to quote on us new attic insulation/drywall/paint/kitchen cupboards, and all of our requests for a quote have gone unanswered for the past 2 weeks, and the job is too small to bring someone else in, and now we're left with a draft in our kitchen and no cupboards and nobody to do the work. Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness for us trying to hire a company to do the job they promised they would do. Can't believe the lack of professionalism. If the job was too small, or you don't have a crew to do the work, why not tell us? Why avoid our requests multiple times? We're trying to give you money! would NOT recommend these guys.

    Mold

    We used Canada's Restoration Services for some mold remediation. A team of 2 came out, led by a man named Lester. He and his partner were fantastic, let us know what they were doing, let us view the work while they progressed, and left the entire area very clean. Would highly recommend. 10/10.

    Asbestos

    This company and Jorge in particular are fantastic. I had gotten another asbestos removal quote from another company that was astronomical and so I reached out to Jorge to compare. Jorge was very professional and personable and fair with his pricing. The job went off as well as I could have hoped and my dealings with the company, the on-site workers, and Jorge were all great. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need.

    Condo flood in Thornhill

    This company was as professional as they come. He delivered as promised, was very punctual and professional. His service is impeccable and highly recommended. He believes in quality and going above and beyond for his customers.
