    Air Duct with Asbestos - Removal

    We contacted Canada Restoration Services for a quote on removing 3 air ducts that were wrapped in asbestos - we're renovating our home and removing the walls where the air ducts were located. Jorge was super quick and professional, provided us with a really affordable quote and was able to squeeze us in that same week. The crew that came to do the work were very polite, professional and took great care in their job. They even checked the rest of the house just to make sure there wasn't anything they were missing! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone who needs this service! Thanks team!

    Asbestos Removal

    After contacting several companies for the removal of the asbestos wrap around my duct work, this company had the most reasonable prices. They were also the most professional. They came right on time, showed us what they would do and then explained what they did afterwards. We got our air quality tested by another company after and it passed the air quality test. I would highly recommend this company!

    LEAK WASHER

    What is there to say . Other than exceptional and Integrity should be the logo for Alex and his team. They showed up and instead of charging for all this work and telling us how bad things are from the leak they informed us and guided us to get it done within budget and minimal damage. Thank you

    Advice on Asbestos Removal

    I needed advice on potential asbestos removal on an urgent basis as I was reviewing a home inspection report in preparation for putting in an offer on a house the next day. I left a phone message asking for advice at about 8 pm in the evening and was very surprised to get a return phone call within the hour. Jorge, the person who returned my call, offered to review a photo right away and gave me an initial opinion and estimate on cost. This was extremely helpful.

    Mold Remediation

    Upon selling our home conditionally, the buyers had a home inspection done which identified mold in the attic in the area of the kitchen ventilation exhaust through the roof. I called our home inspector, Alan at ALLMAX Home Inspections and he recommended calling Canada's Restoration Services which I immediately did. The called was answered by Tiffany who was very helpful and arranged for the area manager Jorge to stop by the next day for a quote. He was very professional, gave us a quote which we felt was reasonable and promised to have his crew do the work the following day, which they did. The crew, Jose and Ellis, were also very professional and did a thorough job as evidenced by the photos they took of the completed mold remediation. Jorge followed up later that day to ensure that we were thoroughly happy with the work, then provided a Warranty Certificate a few days later which we gave to the buyers along with the photos. Overall, we were very happy with their services and can highly recommend them!

    Mold assessment and advice

    Very happy with all aspects of dealing with this company. Prompt response ( actually, ONLY response) through Homestars, followed by next day site visit to check out attic mold. Alex was on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He offered two solutions, one of which involved DIY. He also suggested products and where to buy them. I will definitely recommend them to others and will not hesitate to call if there is a need for their services, thank you very much.

    mold removal

    I found mold growing on a bathroom door frame and base board in the basement. On further inspection I found it in the adjacent room behind the washer. I figured there was leak behind the wall but had no idea where it was coming from. I also found a small unrelated patch of mold in the cold room so I put in a request on HomeStars. I got a quote from another company although I had to pay the inspector up front. I thought I should get a second opinion so I called Canada's Restoration Services. It was easy to book a no fee inspection and the inspector, Marat, was very thorough. He explained everything he thought needed to be done and sent a detailed quote the next day. The price was better then the other guys and since I knew exactly what was going to be done, it was easy to book the job for the following Thursday. They sent a team of 2 who went over everything with me as they did the job. They sealed off all the areas, removed all the infected material and disinfected the bathroom and laundry room and the cold room that had the small patch. They found the laundry room leak was a supply line near the ceiling so we stopped the job and I called a plumber. The plumber came in the next day and fixed the supply line while the mold guys left the air scrubbers over the weekend. They came back on Monday to finish the job since the leak was now fixed. I am really happy with the service. I can now be in my basement without worrying about mold affecting my family. There is no bad musty smell anymore and all the mold is gone. I would recommend Canada's Restoration Services and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I had any mold issues. S.Marsh

    WATER DAMAGE

    I can not say enough about the level of service that was provided to us by the team in Ottawa. We arrived home to a basement full of sewage, called our insurance company who gave us the runaround to get a company out to clean up the mess so we decided to google a company that could help us. Paul and Jean-Michel answered the call and had teams onsite within 45 mins! They kept us informed as to what to expect then worked with our insurance to make sure we were taken care if. We cannot say enough about this company. Thank you, Paul and Jean Michel. Hopefully we won’t need them again but if we do, they are the only company we will call.

    Mold issues

    Just want to thank Alex for his time and advice on the mold issues that was a big concern for me. I am happy that it was not a big issue but just too must moisture in the house. Thanks for your suggestions to resolve it.
