It’s is with great pleasure that I wrote this review. Beginning of December, my basement flooded. As water was pouring in, I called Canada’s Restauration services. Jorge called me back within 20 mins of me leaving him a message. He immediately (meaning same day, within a couple of hours) sent his crew to do emergency remediation and to stop the damage. They installed fans, heaters etc all over to prevent mold growth and start drying. Within 30 Mins they detected where the water came from and by the time the insurance adjuster contact me (which was very fast) they had all the answers they needed. They continued the work Over Christmas and New Years and the following next few weeks. They coordinated everything with the insurance. I just gave them the keys for the basement and forgot about everything . They took care of everything, kept me informed of progress . Any questions or concerns I had during weekends, evenings or even Xmas holidays, they were a text away. Even when he was gonna be in holidays for a few days, he told me to contact him if needed. ( did t want to call them after hours but had some legitimate questions so a quick text and within 30 mins he was calling me )
His crew was fantastic! Friendly, professional and respectful. Little details that had nothing to do with the flooding but Next to the flooded area, they fixed (some extra trims in the doors, fixed a small carpet issue) details that show how much they care about their job and how they go the extra mile for you. They are a very busy company and now I know why. They really do a great job. I am very thankful for what they did and happy to have chosen them.
Would I use them again? For sure I would, and ,sadly, I already am
Found a cracked water pipe on a different property with some water leak behind the walls. No hesitation called Jorge. Within 1 h, a Plummer was in the house. And now is being dealt with with basically no major damage.
This is twice in 4 months. Thanks again to Jorge and his team!!
