Hard working professional people trying to make their customers happy. Great job and good end result. The proposal was detailed and all bases covered in terms of pricing and the package. I love the colors that were picked for me and the friendliness of the crew.

The compay was referrerd to us by another contractor that we used. The service was very satisfactory. We had a professional designer help us design the bathroom which i believe made a huge difference for us. the contarctor arranged for all teh matreials and we just had to pick teh samples which saved a lot of headache. The work was started and completed as per commitment. There were some unforseen things that came up but we were given a schedule of cahrges for those before hand so there was no problem in settling on it. Overall it was very convenient.

I just brought this property and it had oil paint on the walls. I was provided a through painting job. The great thing was the detail Sohail provided me in explaining me what was needed for a job like mine and also arranged a visit from the Sherwin Williams paint rep. Marife was great with the colors and the house looks beautiful. The crew was also very friendly

The job was well done on time and within the promised price. All the people on the team were very nice. Kept the promises made. The service was very convenient considering that i selected everything from the comfort of my living room and got an installation a few weeks late.

i had been planning to renovate my bathroom for a long time. A friend recommended Sammy to me. He was very easy to approach professional and courteous. He and her design consultant Mary put me at ease immediately. We had a couple of sittings and a few emails back and forth but in the end reached very good selections. The materials took a bit of time to arrive but i was given a six to eight week window for the job start. The job was completed well within the scheduled time of less than a week. Everything looked great and worked well. I did need them once later for a small service issue and they arranged for it promptly and free of charge. Pretty satisfied overall.

i learned about five star from visiting a booth at the home show. the local representative came to my home, free of charge, to provide a quote. sohail was able to see the requested job and provided a price that was near market value. five star beat my other quoted prices by 5%. they also used high-quality paints from sherwin-williams. the job was scheduled over two days but turned into a five day ordeal. there were many small patches and nicks that were not caught by the painters on their first attempt. instead, i pointed them out and tagged them. this made me feel like i was being picky but i just expected a quality job to my satisfaction. the painters even said "don't expect a high quality job because you are not paying thousands of dollars". i felt this was going against the five star mandate to provide five star quality jobs without five star prices. the entire project took longer than expected and still did not fix all the problem areas. there were areas that were only painted once, so you could see the paint from underneath. the edges of wall to ceiling look wavy and not professionally done, and this is the same for the baseboards. i would spend a little more to get a quality job with a professional.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Beginning with Mike, his professionalism and personability was exceptional. The painters were not only skilled at their work but were exceptional human beings going above and beyond (Hamid). They finished the job ahead of schedule and left everything back in place. A few minor touch ups will be taken care of right away no questions asked. I will certainly be recommending their service in my community

Hired 5Star Painting to repair water damage to walls sustained in my dining room and kitchen after a leak in my roof. Delicate patch work was required. After many skim coats and much sanding, priming and painting, the walls look new again. Hamid also painted my large basement, he did an excellent job and i now enjoy earthly colours contrasting my white ceiling, doors & trim. I will use 5Star again in the future. Well done.
