    Exterior Waterproofing Side of House Wall Leading to Basement

    The work done by the 2-man crew was carried out per the detailed information provided on the Quote sent by the Project Consultant. There were no visible damages to the surrounding work area and the clean-up afterwards was impeccable. One would not have known that work and excavation had been done on the exterior of one of the house side walls. Definitely, I would recommend Aquatech Waterproofing to anyone experiencing home/basement water leakages. Louis T.

    Great work, excellent turnaround time & incredible customer service

    We accepted the competitive quote and within 7 days the locates were done. Contactors were there the day after the locates were marked. The guys worked a long, hard day with a smile on their face. A small discrepancy with the billing was rectified very quickly by Andrew. All around fantastic service. Would definitely recommend.

    Service Quality Experience Delivered

    The trades are really busy these days and you can almost feel like you are lucky that you received a service, even if it wasn't great. However, our experience with Aquatech was phenomenal. We got a call within a day of our inquiry, an assessment appointment within the week, with the clear and detailed quote by the end of the day. Terry's assessment was clear, thorough, unrushed, detailed, explaining the options, and all my questions were answered - I even got to see photos of a similar job that was done. With the quote came illustrated steps of how they would do the work, and the cost of the sump pump was no more than the City's rebate - how considerate is that? All of this communication and follow-up made me trust the company. Initially, due to the busyness of the season, I would need to wait about 3 weeks for the service appointment but fortunately a next-day opportunity became available after about a week. Igor and Igor :) arrived and I was briefly informed about what they would be doing. My floors were covered and while they worked, the debris was removed, and they completed the work, leaving the space absolutely clean. Igor even checked in with me to make sure I was good with the location he was thinking of for the external drainage, and patiently explained. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and it felt like my service experience and the quality and attention to it mattered for all three. I also received help in completing the rebate form from Valentyna in the office. Thank you Aquatech team! The Aquatech team understands customer service and making sure you are a well-informed, taken care of customer.

    Foundation crack

    In the middle of a landscaping project in our backyard we discovered a crack in the foundation. We called Aquatech right away. Our fear was that our project would have to be put on hold for who knows how long. Aquatech(Shawn) sent 2 guys the next day. They were amazing. They dug down to the footing, replaced a portion of the weeping tile that was about 80% clogged with mud, repaired the crack, waterproof the wall and left the yard exactly as they found it. It was as if they were never there. We were so impressed. I would recommend Aquatech all day every day!

    Aquatech is a company you can really trust

    If you want a company you can trust, call Aquatech. We had a leaking finished basement and hired them to waterproof outside near the water stains. The water kept coming in so we called them to waterproof as far as they could given a large tree near one corner. It still kept coming in, so we called competitors for an assessment and even competitors said Aquatech was very good. So we spoke with Andrew and he offered to waterproof the remaining area inside at his cost. Turns out the water was coming from the farthest side of the room and flowing under the floor to where it showed up. Nobody could have known that. Aquatech really stands behind their top quality work. 100% would recommend.

    Exterior waterproofing

    The project consultant was very helpful and explained in detail what would be done. The price was in line with other quotes. The two-man crew worked very hard and did an excellent job with quality materials. I am very happy with the result and would recommend this company.

    sump pump install & floor drain modifications

    From the very beginning the Aquatech team has been very helpful, professional and quite forthcoming about prices. This was immediately apparent because Eugene was trying to understand precisely what needed done so that he could give a range (costwise) to expect over the phone. I tried calling a couple of other places beforehand and even had people come down to quote me on the job. Given those experiences, I actually feel very fortunate to have come across Eugene and the team. When he came to my home to confirm what we had talked about over the phone he simplified everything, had great suggestions, didn't try to upsell and was a concise pro. The two man crew came in and completed the work as outlined a day later. They were efficient and left the place clean. I will definitely use Aquatech for future projects.

    Exterior waterproofing/ backflow water pump installation

    I had called several companies for quotes on waterproofing my basement after foundation water damage. Aquatech provided great customer service and care and sent someone out the next day to inspect and deliver a quote. From the first meeting I decided to go with this company, throughout the process they were very professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. I had part of my garden dug up and they even put back my garden fencing and replanted my flowers! I was worried about the aesthetics from digging up all around my house but somehow they made it look better than before they started. Shortly after they finished we got a lot of rain and where the foundation was leaking is now completely dry. I cannot recommend them enough for waterproofing needs! Igor/Aleks were great !     COMPLETE SATISFACTION! We are thrilled that we went with Aqua Tech to deal with problems related to water coming into our basement.
