    COMPLETE SATISFACTION

    COMPLETE SATISFACTION! We are thrilled that we went with Aqua Tech to deal with problems related to water coming into our basement. From the very first phonecall with the reception staff, the initial consult and ongoing conversations with Terry, the speedy and considerations made for the scheduling of the work, and to the highly skilled and professional work done by Vasyl and Alex, we were impressed from start to finish. We are confident that our issues were resolved and that the best decision we made was contacting this company. We knew we were in great hands. HIGHLY recommend!

    Exterior waterproofing of basement wall

    We had a window well that was not draining properly and filling up with water. Over 10 years ago we had a company take out the window, replace it with cinder blocks and waterproof the exterior. They did a poor job as water continued to leak in through the blocks. We hired Aquatech to remediate the situation. They recommended digging across 10 feet and down 10 feet, installing new weeping tile and several layers of waterproofing material. The consultant, Eugene who came to give the quote was professional and offered the most comprehensive solution of all companies who quoted. Igor and another young man came to do the work. They laboured tirelessly, were professional and seemingly did a wonderful job. I am truly hoping that this will resolve our issue. I would not hesitate to recommend Aquatech and thank Igor and the other young man, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, for their backbreaking work.

    Exterior Basement foundation crack repair

    Aquatech was a joy to work with. They educated us on the task, provided the due diligence we required, and did the job in one day. The set up and clean up were amazing. We especially liked the fact that soil "tamping" was done in multiple layers to really set in the soil. That was an important feature to us. Shawn was very easy to work with. We highly recommend this company.

    Sump Pump / Weeping Tile Installation

    Extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided by Igor and Aleks. They installed a sump pump, weeping tile and vent to help us with a water issue in our basement. They also cleaned up so it looked like they were never here. Would definitely recommend Igor, Aleks and the Aquatech team to anyone dealing with a wet or damp basement.

    Basement Waterproofing

    with heavy rain I had water in my basement storage room. aquateck came in dug down 6 feet, waterproofed and cleaned up in one day. Work done are discussed, no surprises. Happy to recommend.

    Excellent job!

    Thank you very much for the superb waterproofing job that your company did for us last April. I waited a few months (with a lot of heavy downpours and thunderstorms) before doing this review and so far no issues. I want to give a huge shout out to the team of Terry, Andrew and Vasyl for a fantastic job. Terry for his professionalism, responsiveness and patience for explaining the whole process and providing multiple quotes. Andrew and Vasyl for maintaining a professional, courteous and friendly attitude, knowing how really tired they were. I highly recommend this company.

    Basement waterproofing

    Aquatech Basement Waterproofing is an excellent company. Shawn, our project consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He visited twice in order to help diagnose where/how the water was getting into our house. He helped us to understand how and why his recommendation for the repair was the best approach for our project. I am 100% satisfied with the thorough work that Slava and his crew did. Slava helped with an improvement with a concrete step into the lower section of our basement as an extra and improved the water discharge pipe placed by emergency plumber. Last night's torrential rain stayed exactly where it is supposed to be...outside my house! Slava has excellent communication skills and the entire team was very polite.
