    waterproofing/ foundation crack

    Richard came to access work and was the only company that offered 2 quotes. one for Immediate area and 1 for whole back wall. They did an excellent job and left everything looking clean and untouched. Very Happy!! Also came with lifetime transferable warranty.

    Waterproofing

    My account manger was excellent; explain the project and his recommendation, arranged for a good price, and did excellent follow-up at all times. The work team was also excellent - the supervisor communicated well with me, keeping me informed and the work team was pleasant to have in the house.

    Waterproofing

    We had a cracked basement foundation that was leaking, creating a little stream of water across the basement floor. The guys came over and fixed it all up. It rained that night and no more leaks. Thanks, Aquatech!

    Foundation crack repair

    Prompt return call from Terry and arrived that afternoon with quote, which we accepted and booked the following week. Workers arrived promptly and did a thorough application and cleanup when completed. Highly recommend!

    Highly Recommend

    We called Aquatech yesterday and the next day Shawn arrived right on time. Shawn was professional, friendly and very courteous. We had another company in to look at the issue but didn't identify the cause and said they would follow-up with a quote. Within 20 minutes of Shawn being here, he identified the issue and recommended how we should go about getting the issue fixed (it turned out not to be a crack in our foundation). I appreciated how honest Shawn was. Will definitely call again should we have any further issues.

    Very professional, top class service

    Called Aquatec to quote on a leaking basement crack. Did most of the correspondence over email. The process was seems less. Staff arrived exactly at the discussed time, worked professionally and were expedient. I cant say enough how impressed I am with this company. Extremely well run!

    Basement Drainage

    This is now the third project where Ive used Aquatech. They are reliable and the work is solid. In past projects, they helped get available city grants for flood prevention work. Made the process really easy. This last project was replacing our main drainage line in our basement. The broke up the flooring and replaced everything and re-laid the concrete. They did it really fast and left the place shockingly clean - considering what a messy job it was. They are my go to for anything basement/drainage.

    Amazing service - Above and Beyond my expectation

    It was a great experience to work with Shawn and his team at Aquatech. I can't stress enough how happy I am with their waterproofing service. I was looking for a great balance of cost x benefit, a reputable company with strong quality for a reasonable price to fit in my budget, and after connecting with five companies I decided to proceed with Aquatech. Here is why I really liked Aquatech: 1 Defining the scope of work - Shawn was very professional and fair with identifying the area that required waterproofing. 2 Negotiating the budget - competitive price - great balance cost x benefit 3 Flexible start date - we quickly booked a start date, they arrived on time with all the equipment and staff to perform the service 4 Efficient - they brought a big crew who performed a big service in only one day, most companies said average 2-3 days 5 Quality - Great material and service. Besides it there were so many positive reviews, now I understand why people liked them. I spoke with Shawn and the staff on site and they were always friendly and ready to assist with my inquiries. They all spoke very high about their company, it seems to be a company who takes good care of their employees and you can see it reflecting on their service. Great people!!!
