    Amazing Exterior Waterproofing

    Aquatech is a pleasure to deal with and very reasonable in pricing. From the start, Terry helped me understand the process and was very knowledgeable. We knew right away that he is genuine person to work with. They scheduled the work even sooner than I expected which was fantastic. Alex and Yaro came by and did an incredible job fixing the issue. Consider Aquatech for your waterproofing needs. They won't up-sell the project and they do excellent work with exceptional customer service.

    Waterproofing job that had to be evolved. Two thumbs up!

    Slava and his crew came out to do a standard job, and found some big surprises after excavating around our 100 yr old house. We worked out a solution, and they took care of the extra work right away. We had a small adjustment after the work, and Slava dropped by and fixed it right away. They do good work and stand by it. Great working with them, happy to recommend them.

    Interior Waterproofing

    Aquatech is a pleasure to deal with and very reasonable in pricing. From the start, Richard helped me understand the process and was very knowledgeable. I knew right away that he believes in his company's customer service and workmanship. They scheduled the work even sooner than I expected which was fantastic. Vasyl and Nazar came on-time for 3 full days and are incredibly hard-working men. They even stayed late on a Friday of a long week-end to make sure everything was complete. Richard returned to inspect the work completed and offered advice to 'tweak' the project and make it better. A time was scheduled to come back to fix a small concern and the work was completed perfectly. I was extremely pleased with the work and especially the follow-up! Consider Aquatech for your waterproofing needs. They are not pushy, they won't up-sell the project and they do excellent work with exceptional customer service. I love my dry basement now!

    Window Wells & Waterproofing

    A BIG THANK YOU to Terry, Igor and Aleks on a job well done! Terry explained the installation and provided a very reasonable quote to have two window wells installed, wall waterproofed, section of fence and air conditioner removed prior to job and reinstalled following completion of job. He was very courteous and prompt in returning phone calls and follow-up on completion of the job. Igor and Aleks were the installers, arrived on time, very courteous, and did a great job in completing the designated job. They also did a great job in cleaning up the area following the completion of work. Thank you!

    Fantastic service

    Terry, Matthew and their team at Aquatech Waterproofing were superb! They were punctual, very patient with our questions, extremely professionals and provided really great advice as to how to best keep our newly renovated basement dry. They didnt up-sell at all. They waterproofed the exterior of our house within 3 days, installed a sump pump and even waterproofed our furnace room at a very reasonable price. We received 5 quotes for this job and our general contractor really liked them as the team were willing to accommodate other renovation activities we were carrying out at the house. Thank you Terry and Matthew! Well recommend Aquatech to our circle of friends.

    Basement Waterproofing Done Right

    We contacted a few companies for quotes on waterproofing the leaky basement of our 100 year old house. Most companies came and gave a quick assessment. Nico spent about an hour with us determining where the water was getting in, where there were further vulnerabilities and how the problems could be addressed. The price of the work was fair and it was able to be scheduled sooner than other companies could offer. The workers were on time, polite, professional and thorough. They explained each step of the water proofing process and the quality of the work was impressive. They were able to complete the waterproofing in 3 days and cleaned up the laneway, removing all remains of construction.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Terry, Matus and team were excellent through the whole process. We found a leak in the basement from some heavy rainfall. I got 3 quotes and Aquatech was the middle quote, but we ended up going with them because of Terry's professionalism and the 25 year warranty. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. He also communicated w/ me every step of the way. On the day of the work, Matus came bright and early. We were supposed to get heavy storms in the area and they had initially wanted to wait a day. However, the HVAC guy had already disconnected the AC and so Matus decided to do the work since it was very hot and he was worried about me not having AC. It ended up being the right choice because we only got light rain showers and so they were able to complete the work same day in the late afternoon. They then tried to call the HVAC again to get my AC back up ASAP. Unfortunately, the rain came again and it was no longer safe so Terry called, apologized and let me know the HVAC guy would come next day. I was super impressed by how caring everyone was through the whole process. Matus and team cleaned everything up and left the place spotless, which is not easy when you're digging a big trench with dirt everywhere. They even swept my deck for me, just because they had walked on it! They also elevated my AC unit when putting it back, making it easier for me to access and clean. I was very touched by how thoughtful the crew was. Definitely would recommend.

    Exterior waterproofing

    Highly recommented!!! Just have my  basement waterproofing and backfiling in the mid of July with Aquatech. I get respone just a few hours after my call for a qoute. Eugene walk me through all the options and help me understand which is best in my case. His team try to work with my schedule, their work are neat and also try their best to protect my neigbour's driveway which I'm highly appreciated. Their price is great for the amazing job they have done and it came with a 25 years warranty. I have no hesitate in recommend any one to Aquatech.

    Waterproofing, Concrete Repair & New Weeping Tile

    Much thanks & appreciation to Slava & his hardworking crew for their excellent job excavating, installing weeping tiles, repairing cracks, waterproofing, and backfilling the 7'-deep trench 27' along the full side of our home. Wow!! On site, Slava, the lead foreman, clearly explained step by step their work including repairing foundation cracks, securing our downspout, and other connections better then before. All in all, we are greatly satisfied & highly recommend Aquatech to anyone looking into correcting their leaking basements. Slava -- you & your crew brought humor, sincerity & experience -- no rush job here, just highly competent work! Thanks also to Andrew and Terry for their super fast service with the gas line locate, the fast return calls, home inspection & estimate.     Interior installation of weeping time and sump pump

    From my very first call with Terry, he was courteous and professional. When he came out to assess the leak in my basement, he was knowledgeable, informative, and very thorough. He provided options and left me to think them over, consider alternatives, and then make an educated decision. When I was ready to proceed, I called him to schedule an installation appointment. Vasyl and Nazar came early on the day of the appointment to get started. They completed the job seamlessly and professionally, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up the area completely. I would highly recommend AquaTech Waterproofing, as it was overall a very positive experience.
