    Waterproofing and window well

    After a big snow and ice melt we realized we had a problem with cracks in the foundation. I called Aquatech Waterproofing and Shawn came by the house to check things out. I had already had two other companies give me quotes but neither left me confident in the work they were proposing. Shawn was by far the most thorough and did a great job explaining what they would be doing and why. He got down on the floor with a flashlight to get a glimpse of what was going on with the wall behind our gas fireplace in the basement. The other companies didn't go to those lengths to diagnose the problem. After the weather warmed up a little, the professional and hardworking duo Igor and Andrew showed up to do the job. Despite having to dig by hand due to some tight confines, they completed the work in a few days time. Igor and Andrew very carefully put everything back the way it was before, including replacing some patio stone and replanting shrubs and a small tree. Once the job was complete, Shawn came by again to check things over and make sure I was happy. He went above and beyond by referring me to a company for my sprinkler system when we were chatting. Aquatech is highly recommended for all your waterproofing needs. Thanks guys!

    Exterior Waterproofing

    We recently moved to a house in Milton from Mississauga. Weeks into the move, I noticed a little bit of moisture issues (water stains) in my basement near the sump pit. The seepage was located in the basement corner where the basement side foundation meets the garage foundation. The water stains show signs of very slow seepage from eyelevel trickling down.....given the calcified staining on the wall. I knew right then and there that I had a water leakage from the outside. I did my research and narrowed down my list to at least 2 vendors. I did my research and ended up with Aqua Tech. Let me start with the booking, Olga returned my call on the same day I reported my issue online. Olga was very patient and courteous throughout the booking process. That first impression was only the beginning. Then along came Shawn (2 days later....as I was unavailable right away), who took the time to carefully review and assess the situation. Shawn was very attentive and very detailed in his explanation. You will not feel any pressure from Shawn. He provided me with options and he also gave me a detailed explanation of the pros and cons that went with every option. This guy knew what he was doing and most of all.....he knew what you needed. Shawn updated me with the progress of the schedule as they had to wait for another party who will need to check the area for gas lines, cable etc. On the day of the project itself, Igor and Vasyl came on time. Both gentlemen were courteous and were easy to deal with. I am thankful that both gentlemen were patient and always answered my never ending queries. I cannot believe the hard work these two did.....imagine digging a hold 8 feet deep, 6 feet long and 2 feet wide. They encouraged me to watch the process....every step of the way....making sure I understood why it had to be done. They meticulously inspected the area of concern and was able to locate the issue. They were prompt, efficient, fast and diligent. You will not believe the amount of how much dirt, soil and earth was dug up.. When they back filled the area, everything was done neatly and promptly. They laid tarp everywhere, making sure that the surrounding area was properly covered. It's as if they never visited the area. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the work they did....from booking, to consultation....up to the actual work and completion. I highly recommend Aqua Tech Waterproofing.....10/10 for sure. Attached are a few pictures of the project, I was not able to take a picture of each step but I can assure you that you will be overwhelmed with the so many layers of protection they use to do this waterproofing. Thank you Olga, Shawn, Igor and Vasyl! I appreciate the work you did for me.

    Replacing weeping tiles and waterproofing outside foundation

    We needed to replace our weeping tiles and waterproof the foundation in the front of our house as well as the side of the house by the driveway. The contract explained everything that was to be done. We were very happy with the work done by Alex and his co-worker. They arrived on schedule and cleaned up the working area when they were finished.

    Foundation Repair

    I recently obtained the services of Aquatech waterproofing, Burlington Ontario to seal various cracks in my poured house foundation. From start to finish the service I received was EXCELENT. From the initial meeting with Shawn to review my problems and to offer suggestions of how to proceed to the actual work accomplished by the Technicians, Igor and Andrew I cannot express fully my complete satisfaction with not only the one on one interface but more importantly the excellent results provided. Apparently Aquatech has a number of repair crews and if they are as competent and as pleasant as the team I had then Aquatech is very fortunate to have such a great team.     Completely satisfied: Waterproofed my basement

    The team did a great job waterproofing my basement. They were friendly, on time, and did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. Igor and the team were friendly and respectful. Glad I hired this company to do the job.

    Andrew was very professional and equipped will all tools required to diagnose problem correctly, crew of 2 men Oleg and Sergiy did phenomenal job at completing our exterior basement waterproofing project.

    Waterproofing

    I had a small leak in my crawl space from my back patio which was finished in thick patterned concrete. The 2 guys who were assigned to my job Dushan and Paco did a very good job and tidied up my back and front yard so you couldn’t tell anybody had worked there. They worked non stop in a very efficient way. Would recommend this company and these2 guys any time Mike

    Basement leaks

    We called Aqua Tech for two different leaks we had in the basement. Both Shawn & Richard where very knowledgeable. They responded fast and came back to check on the work. Best part of all they never made you feel pressured. They also provide a warranty. We would highly recommend this company. They are efficient, tidy, helpful, and have great prices.     Basement Waterproofing with sump pump

    Window well installation and exterior waterproofing

    We contacted Aqua Tech waterproofing after a significant flood in our basement, where water came in from the windows due to the lack of proper window wells. Nico was very informative regarding what we needed to do. The process took 2 days, and the 2 guys worked extremely hard to dig next to our house and install the exterior waterproofing on about 20 feet and two window wells. Since then (this is 6 months later), we have not had a single drop of water come in through the windows. There is also a 25 year warranty on the work. On top of all this, we are now rebuilding the damaged room inside the house. Once the subfloor was removed, we noticed some dampness on the concrete floor. I was concerned about potential flooding if water was coming up from the ground, and wanted to get Nico in to see what the issue is. This is such an honest company. Nico told me that it is dampness, and that when we install the raised subfloor, the air circulation underneath will prevent the growth of mold. I was so impressed with the honesty and he really put my mind at ease. This is not a company that is going to try to oversell you or rip you off. They provide extremely thorough and great service, a rarity in the trades world. You will not be disappointed when you hire these guys, they thoroughly know their craft. Nico was very patient when explaining the issue and I was very impressed!
