Basement waterproofing
I would certainly recommend Aqua Tech for basement waterproofing. They completed our project in April 2015 on time and on budget, with no surprises. Their written estimate was much better and included more work than 4 others we received. They completed the work diligently, cleaned up thoroughly, followed up on small details and no hassle with invoice/payment. Overall great experience!

Basement waterproofing
Aqua tech was one of the first companies to respond to our request for an estimate. Domenic is a great person to deal with. No pressure and extremely knowledgeable. The price is fair compare to other estimates we received. All work completed was meticulous and methodological. The crew took great care and time to make sure everything is done properly. The excavated soils were placed on top of tarps to make sure the area is clean after they backfill. The crew also tidied up each and every day before they leave. Overall, we are very happy with the work they completed.

Exterior waterproofing and installation of drain, main sewage pipe, sump pump and back flow water valve
Acqua Tech is professional, dedicated, thorough, reliable, knowledgeable, fast and affordable. After recently purchasing an older house, Acqua Tech was the only company that through a camera inspection, putting their nose to the ground (literally) and thorough problem solving skills correctly diagnosed the source of smell in our basement (other companies said it was due to moisture which ended up being false). Acqua Tech also correctly identified the condition of our original clay sewage pipes and how to address a minor but concerning leak. From start to finish, Dominic, Andrew, Nick and the team patiently answered all questions. Dominic, Andrew and Nick were respectful of our budget and presented options without high pressure sales tactics. They also only recommended work that was necessary and they were confident would solve the issue at hand. The exterior and interior job sites were kept tidy and they carefully protected our neighbour's property. They were reassuring during a naturally stressful time, and any unforeseen hiccups were handled with the utmost integrity and an incredibly professional and responsible manner for which I am grateful. As a home owner it is difficult to know who to trust when gathering quotes, but Aqua Tech demonstrated throughout, their commitment to excellence in their quality of work and customer service. Without hesitation, I whole heartily, 100% recommend Acqua Tech for all waterproofing and drain needs. I am so appreciative that my house is waterproofed properly, the smell and leak in my basement are gone and I now have new sewage pipes and protection from a sewage back up. Call Acqua Tech- They are absolutely AMAZING!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything Acqua Tech!!!

bastemnet water proofing
It took us a month to writ this review because we wanted to see if there were any leaks or water coming through it did not so far we are happy with their work,Nick was the sales person and he was very professional to work with he helped us understand step by step on how the work would be done. Igor and Alex were great both did a good clean job explained what and how they worked. I will for sure use their service in the near future and recommend it to my family and friends. Thanks you!!!

Waterproof, weeping tile
Thank you Aqua tech! It was Saturday Afternoon in the deep freeze and water began pool in our century old homes basement. Water has pooled come in the past and would slowly disappear, but, time it seemed that there was no end in sight. We began to call several Waterproofing companies and we left messages for someone to come in and assess the damage and give us a quote. Aqua tech’s was not only company that had a live person and I quickly debriefed her on our situation and scheduled an appointment. Dominic came to our house in his Aqua tech company car and pleasantly introduced himself. He was very calm and assessed the situation and gave us a couple of options to best suit our budget. Soon after Dominic was able to send Andrew and team to come in and begin the work on the basement. The team came in the company car and introduced themselves and began to lay out drop cloths throughout the house. They kept the work area clean and cordoned off areas of the basement with plastic sheets. Throughout the day, the team was able to work provide updates and finished earlier than expected. Aqua tech was professional, courteous throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any job.

Water proofing
Prompt quotation on the first visit. Provided good coverage over existing furniture, cleaned after the work is completed. Waterproof of the basement-interior instead of exterior. Everything is dry! The representative is very pleasant to work with. That I believe is important too.

Waterproofing
I had the most pleasant experience with this company. Nick came to estimate the amount of work required for fixing the leak in my basement the next day after I contacted him. Not only he showed up right away but he scheduled the work immediately. He warned me ahead of time of all the potential issues that could affect the cost so I can be prepared in any case. Fortunately we did not run into any issues so the initial estimate was the final cost. The contractor that did the work, Vlad, was also amazing. What impressed me the most was that the work area was completely clean when he was done at the end of the same day. Excellent job Nick and Vlad. I will recommend you to all the friends that have a waterproofing need.

Waterproofing
Excellent customer service from 1st phone call. I got quotes from 3 other companies. Aqua Tech came in mid range. I picked them because Andrew F.'s team could start the job on the next day. They did an excellent job; very professional. Andrew came on the job site throughout the process to make sure everything was done right. Andrew treated our project like his own family's; he answered all our questions. We decided to install a back flow prevention valve midway through the process, he guided us through that process as well. He's a rarity among all the contractors I've dealt with.

Fantastic level of service, from the initial inspection and quote, through the work itself, to the wrap up and delivery of the warranty. The entire Aquatech team was a pleasure to deal with. Great experience!

Waterproofing
We had two workers from Aqua Tech come to do a waterproofing job this morning and we are very satisfied customers. The two gentlemen were professional, pleasant and diligent workers. We couldn't ask for better. I recommend this company to any customer who is need of the services that they provide.
