    Scope & locate of drain pipe

    Have been experincing water penetrating block foundation last few years during spring thaw. Have been procastinating over a interior or exterior remedy as problem appears minor? Had two ridiculously expensive quotes by prominent companies in GTA. I contacted AquaTech and they arranged a Friday evening visit with Andrew. Andrew is surprisingly young but highly knowledgeable about the waterproofing industry taking the time to gauge your own knowledge and educate you further with no pressure whatsoever. My background gives me above average knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and I can smell B.S. quickly. Rest assured, Andrew feeds you no B.S. Because of my indecision between interior/exterior he graciously offered a scope and locate of my drains, finding a number of typical issues with a combined clay system and ultimately a separated "T" on the exterior weeper. His honesty and intgrity has cemented my decision to go with Aquatech for a summer time exterior water proofing and weeper replacement on a 25 ft wall segment.

    weeping tile replace

    Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining each and every step of what needs to be done and his crew Yaroslav and Stan were very pleasant people to work with they did an excellent job and answer all my questions finished the job on time and clean up after them selves Great job for for a reasonable price

    Project

    We had a leak in our retail operations (it is below ground level) and were worried about repairing the leak and the toll it would take on our clientele. Aquatech was very respectful and kept the work area to an absolute minimum, which totally minimized the discomfort for our clients. Also, everything that Andrew (the consultant from Aquatech who quoted me initially) said was completely accurate from the start of the project to its completion. The crew didn't rush the job but didn't drag their feet and certainly left the property in immaculate shape. I am very happy to recommend them with confidence! In fact, I will be sure to use them again should the need ever arise. 10/10

    Waterproofing

    It was the first day of + temperature and I returned home to find a puddle in my basement corner. I freaked out naturally and phoned a few companies to come over and let me know what the problem is and more importantly, how much it would cost to fix. Out of the three companies I phoned (off of my google search), Aqua Tech Waterproofing were the only ones who answered my call right away and sent a technician that same evening! A technician named Nick came by and examined both the inside of my basement as well as the backyard. I found him to be extremely polite and more importantly honest. He advised me of the multiple issues it could potentially be and gave me an estimate of cost. He left at that time and the next day I had one other company come by. They gave me a horrible explanation and almost double the estimate. Surely enough I phoned Nick back and his team was ready to work that same day! They completed everything with a 25 year warranty in my hand by the end of the day. All in all, they did not make any mess and made sure to clean up after themselves. Very polite and courteous. More importantly, made sure to explain every step of the procedure. I would and will be highly recommending Aqua Tech Waterproofing to everyone!

    Foundation repair

    I am very happy with Aqua Tech Waterproofing. I called and spoke with Andrew who was very polite. I called on Wednesday and an appointment was made for Saturday. He was very punctual. He provided a written contract and explained exactly how repair was going to be completed. They 'hand dug' the foundation repair and completed the job within 5 hours. They were fantastic. They were very tidy by using a Tarp. The clean up was great. They even had to remove a 7 ft emerald cedar tree and took the remains away. No mess at all. I would recommend Aqua Tech for any foundation repair.

    Basement Leak

    We had a leak in our basement and contacted a few companies and decided to go with Andrew and his team. We are very please and extremely satisfied with their work as they were very knowledgeable and professional. Every day they kept everything tidy and were very friendly. They worked hard and were fast and efficient. They made sure to leave everything total spotless by the end of the project. We are extremely grateful to Andrew and his team.     Basement Leak

    When I was looking for a company to repair my basement leak I decided to pick AquaTech to do the job based on previous reviews from satisfied customer. I found Andrew and his team to be highly knowledgeable, professional, timely, and they did the job for a very reasonable price.     Basement Water Leak

    When I noticed water coming into the basement from a crack in the wall I went to the homestars website to find a company to call. I called the "number 1" company first and they said they couldn't repair the leak since it's winter and they can't dig. I guess their reviews are only from people whose basements leaked in the summer! Then I looked at other companies and read all the great reviews for Aqua Tech so I called them. Andrew quickly assured me that they could fix our leak (even in the winter!) and came over quickly to assess the situation. He told me it would be a one day job and it was. He was available to answer questions and even answered his direct number on Sunday. My father used to be a contractor and was here when they came to do the job as I was at work. He was very impressed with the knowledge and the quality of work done by Aqua Tech (he is a very hard man to please about this kind of thing!) The price was appropriate, service super fast, all questions answered plus we have a 25 year warranty. They even dug up the bushes and put them back. Andrew even said that if the soil settles, (it was a bit hard to compact completely as it was very wet that day) we should call him so he can come back and add more!! I can't say enough good things about them. My basement is drying as I type!!

    interior waterproofing

    I waited for a year to write this review as I wanted to ensure I had no issues from the waterproofing. Andrew was a really nice guy to deal with right fro the start. I am a very detailed client and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. He is knowledgeable and was able to solve water issues we were having in the basement. After the work was done there was one part where we still had water issues. Andrew could have ignored our call, but he did the honorable thing by promptly coming and fixing the issue. Since then I have had no issues. I am a customer for life and will surely recommend this honest and reliable company to everyone!

    Basement Waterproofing

    Very pleased with the work done by Dominic and his team. We initially used another company to waterproof our house from the outside..... the job wasn't successful so we brought Aqua Tech to do the job properly. They were on time, priced appropriately and very professional. Would recommend to anyone looking...
