    Exterior Waterproofing

    The cold room under my front porch was letting in a significant amount of water after every rainfall. The waterproofing job was not your typical job, as the area of the leak was not easy to access and it was difficult to assess the right solution until the area was excavated. I had interviewed all sorts of tradespeople to get their opinion on how to solve the problem. Many seemed to oversimplify the issue and almost all others would be quick to offer an interior waterproofing solution without trying to understand or address the root cause of the water issue. When I met Domenic, I felt that he was the only person who was knowledgeable enough to understand the challenges of the job and explain to me how he would approach it based on all the various scenarios he would encounter once excavation started. Given that there was a lot of uncertainty in the job (until excavation started), I was a little bit nervous as to what was being addressed but Domenic assured me that I would have a dry basement and that whatever price was agreed upon, he would honor regardless of the work required to address the water issue. Domenic was good to his word, as when the job started, his team decided to waterproof an area which was much larger than what we had originally agreed upon, to ensure the issue was resolved. My family and I were very pleased with the results and we're very happy to finally have a basement that is no longer damp and musty. I will definitely look to Auqa Tech first for any future projects.

    Basement waterproofing

    We were so pleased with the quality of service. We had other waterproofing companies in for assessments & estimates. Andrew from Aqua Tech was knowledgable & reviewed our options with us fully. Once work commenced it was precisely as planned. Our basement is losing the musty odour & appears dry. We would recommend them highly! B & K Toronto

    Basement waterproofing

    What a pleasure! I never thought that I would be able to say that about an end-to-end waterproofing of my 125 year old downtown Toronto house, including excavation to the footings, parging, membrane, weeper, and sump pump installation. I could not be happier. I am very picky. I work in an exacting, legally-regulated field and have very high standards for quality of work and for the people I deal with; It is unusual for me to find a contractor whose work I can be happy with. When Dominic first came to the house to quote on the job, he was helpful and completely open and informative. It was clear that he knew his trade very well. He provided a reasonable quote. He was also a pleasure to deal with as a person. The job, which was very large, began and then was completed exactly when Dominic said it would be. From start to finish, even when the whole one hundred or so feet of the house perimiter was excavated, Dominic and his crew demonstrated complete mastery of their trade, and were very careful and gentle in their work. My family and I were completely at ease and comfortable at every step of the way. The job site was properly secured at the end of each day. Dominic and his crew were always conscientious, helpful, reasonable and informative. In a sea of mostly mediocre to occasionally competent contractors, Dominic is the rare superlative old-school gentleman who quotes a fair price, brings a first-class crew at the agreed time and date, then completes perfect work on schedule. Aquatech provides a 25 year guarantee for his work, that is transferable to the next owner of the house. Dominic even prepared a sump pump rebate form for me to submit. There were no surprises, no excuses. The basement is now completely dry and we could not be happier, and the price was right. As for the experience, it was completely pleasant, without a moment of anxiety. Needless to say, I happily recommend Aquatech and if I ever need waterproofing in a future house, I will call Dominic.

    Andrew was knowledgeable of our needs and thorough in his estimate preparation. The job was timely and professional. The crew worked well with the Toronto Hydro crew that was also working in the area. Quality job at the right price!

    Exterior basement waterproofing

    Dominic came by to give quotation for exterior basmement waterproofing this past summer. He was friendly and very informative on wet basements. They started work as promised a month later. Matus and his crew worked hard, was very clean and very polite. Had a couple of issues afterwards, but Andrew came by each time and addressed them quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

    Basement Waterproofing

    We've had a musty smell in our basement for some time and have been slow to act. But when our next-door neighbors engaged Aquatech to waterproof their home we noticed right away that this is a highly professional and conspicuously competent crew. After observing their work first-hand, we immediately asked if they could do our house as well. Unsurprisingly, it took a while to start the job because these folks are in high demand, but eventually they completed the work and were every bit as impressive as we expected. Hugely likable team, as well. I can't recommend them highly enough.

    interior waterproofing

    Andrew was very knowledgeable and he was able to explain what was needed to be done and why so that even I, as a layperson could understand. His team worked very well taking care not to damage our floors or walls as they carried out multiple heavy bags of debris. After I had paid for the job in full I noticed a cement residue on my driveway interlocking stones. Andrew came back himself and scrubbed them clean. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
