    Driveway Sealing

    Cheryl did an excellent job cleaning up and sealing our driveway. She placed a specific sealer in the cracks to ensure they didn’t get larger and took care not to spray any of the interlocking that lines the driveway.

    Driveway sealing

    Hadn’t planned on having driveway sealed any time soon however saw them do my neighbour’s place and they did a good job. Two more of us got ours done to match. Good job

    Driveway sealing

    Dave did a great job.. very professional. Always kept his 6 ft. Distance during thes times.. The quality of the sealing really enhances the house..

    Driveway Sealing

    When Canadian Property Stars came to our door, the representative was thoroughly knowledgeable about the sealing process and answered all of our questions. He was also quite courteous as was his assistant. The few weeds along the driveway were removed by them. the work was done neatly with no overspray and done very quickly.     Driveway

    The service was awesome. We even had to go out for the afternoon and they stayed and finished then came back later. Very friendly. We are very impressed.

    Broken sprinkler system and Really Bad Customer Service

    When the crew arrived to thatch the lawn, we told them we had an underground sprinkler system. They broke a sprinkler head as well as broke a pipe. All lawn seed that they spread didn't get watered because of our broken system and so all the seed blew into our flower beds. The sprinkler company couldn't schedule a repair for over a month. So we have grass in our flower bed and bald spots on our lawn. I tried calling the 800 number several times, but the wait on hold was too long. I emailed the email on their invoice and it bounced back. I filled in the form on their website and left a voicemail with their sales department and over 3 weeks later someone called me. They then proceeded to say that the problem was because of our sprinkler company. They refused to compensate, refund or even come back to reseed the lawn. After multiple attempts of them telling me that it is the sprinkler companies fault, we ended the conversation. I would never use this company again. They work is mediocre and their customer service is horrible.

Yes, all pipes and underground wires are to be buried at least 6 inches underground to allow for basic gardening practices including aeration. The tines of the aerator only go 2-3 inches deep so properly buried pipes should not be affected. Your sprinkler company should definitely assist you with this.     Lawn Aeration

    I was contacted in early March by phone to book lawn aeration and I prepaid $50. On 4APR I received a phone message that aeration would be done on 5APR or 6APR. The work was not performed by 11APR even though I saw them on a neighbouring street (and specifically asked about my house - not on that person's list) so tried to call them but the message had a phone # that was garbled. The only # I could find on Google was the Toronto head office so I left several messages there and finally got a text saying "be patient". After another week with no responses, I sent a text. Still no answer so tried to figure out the garbled # using Canada 411 reverse lookup and experimenting with different phone #s until I found the correct local #. I called the local Ottawa # and left a message. Waited 2 more days and left another message. Finally work was performed yesterday. The work was marginal, some patches not done, some done several times. Although the aeration was not great, it is marginal. I am most upset that they never called me back to tell me when they would arrive. They did not ever give me an explanation. I will not be using them next year.

    Worst Lawn Aeration Job ever done!

    Accepted door to door offer for lawn aeration. Poor workmanship and/or poor equipment left job poorly done. Large sections with no aearation, and other parts with only very small surface penetratiion, Complete waste of time and money.
