    Damaged Garage Door

    I was approached for having my driveway and agreed to the service. On the day it was to be done, it started raining so the spray splashed up onto my double garage door leaving dark brown splatters approx. 2 feet up from the bottom and it was very noticeable. They told me they would be back to clean it but never showed up. I contacted the head office and was informed that it would be cleaned the following week. Today is the deadline and no one has called or shown up to clean my doors which look HORRIBLE. Have tried calling the number, left a message, but can never get through. A new door will have to be installed so I will be going to Small Claims Court for the damages.

    Bad worksmanship - edited

    Had my driveway sealed yesterday and offered end of season promo for $145. We had it done 2 years ago for $120, so they certainly not the cheapest. The job was done well into the evening so the lighting was not bright. The next day, in daylight, there were multiple blotches missed. Called the company and never got a call back. Like all other reviews, they took our money and ran?.. UPDATE: Customer Service reaches out and put me on a re-do list. The patio was sealed Aug 26 and was redone Sep 4. The person who redid the sealing was AMAZING (wish we got his name). His workmanship was incredible and thorough. Canadian Property Star should give him recognition. We are very happy.

    Sprayed my SUV along with driveway

    Very disappointed I would definitely not recommend them. Had them spray/seal my driveway. They ended up spraying all over my vehicle parked in the street. Never did them recommend parking it futher out or try to avoid it in any way.

    Driveway resealing

    My driveway needed resealing. I saw the good work done on my neighbours and approached the staff to do mine. He agreed to come and did an excellent job. He removed weeds, filled in larger cracks and told me to wait 24 hrs. to put my car in. All looks great. Thank you!

    Canadian Property Stars-Driveway Sealing

    Annoop and Tyrese were very accommodating and friendly. They took the time to explain the process and how it works. The total job for a 4 car driveway sealing and crack filling took under 2 hours. Their prepwork and taping to ensure our interlocking pathway was protected was excellent. They paid special attention to fine line cracks and put extra driveway sealer on those. I intend to recommend Canadian Property Services to anyone that asks. I trust it will last.

    Driveway sealing

    I was left with cracks and big gaps. I thought they would filled them as I could not see what they were doing. It was getting dark and I was working.

    Laneway Sealing

    Our laneway was long overdue for some maintenance, having multiple cracks well developed. Crew member Michael observed the obvious need we had, came to our door, and gave me a good sales pitch that was both thorough and polite, explaining the work that his team could do. The price was reasonable and the job looks well done. Thank you Michael, Linneah, and your team member who I witnessed do a fine job trimming the growth all along the edge of the laneway. Keep up your conscientious workmanship.

    Driveway sealing

    Driveway sealing Compared to their website advertisement and video, actual work performed onsite was sloppy. I paid for the SealstarPLUS service but when I came out to have a look, I noticed no cracks were sealed. I asked the worker why and was told this is the service I ordered. I then called the office and a very friendly and polite woman assured me she would speak with the crew mgr immediately. 20min later, while the driveway is still wet, a worker tip-toed across the driveway filling cracks without taking the time of smoothing out the filler properly. For whatever reason, some cracks were done while many others, not. He then loosely resprayed the driveway, only this time without taping edges and overspraying onto lawn and cement edging. The only positive I have to say is that the office staff and onsite crew members I spoke to, were polite at all times but the workmanship left me very disappointed.

    Lawn care

    Unsatisfactory. I will never use this company again. I was contacted by telephone to have both front and backyard aerated for $50. But when they came I was told front yard only. The person who did the lawn was being trained using my lawn and made a mess of the driveway and street. I contacted the company to confirm my order in case I made a mistake and was told someone would return to fulfill the agreement. I am still waiting one month later.

    Buyer Beware

    I signed up for their lawn care service last summer and never saw them again. Despite several attempts to contact the head office via social media, email and phone, no response whatsoever but they had the nerve to call me today to sign up again.
