Salesperson&workman was doing neighbors driveway Sealing n was friendly approached me telling me how Great that product was with a 5 year warranty n much better than any product I could buy at HomeDepot. He applied product n told me to wait 24hrs before I drove on it...I waited 72hrs to be sure! OMG the application was horrible n left tire Mark's every where n spots came off. When i called back to have someone look at it...there response was...there is nobody in the area..they will look at it NEXT SUMMER !! DONT LET THIS COMPANY EVEN STEP ON YR PROPERTY.....so unprofessional and dont give a damn once they get your MONEY@

I had my driveway sealed. They did an ok job but spilled on the concrete at the bottom of the driveway. The guy promised to come back and clean it up. I even got this in writing on the invoice before I paid. It took multiple emails to get any kind of reply and then then never did anything about it. I would not deal with this company again because of their horrible customer service

This is Dean J. of 1459 161st South Surrey 604-274-9126. I had my lawn rejuvenation done on my lawn; I did not wont it done because it looked like it was going to rain, and it was getting dark. But he convinced my dad into getting it done at that time. It was getting dark and started to rain, just like I said to him. After dethaching the front lawn it turned into a mud pit, and I could not really tell if the lime, fertilizer and grass seed spread properly because everything was gummed up from the rain and use from other lawns that day. They threw down some extra grass seed on the patches that were bare. 5 areas all-together. But missed some areas along the fence lines. 1 man at first, then a girl came and helped him, and at the end another guy showed up. It made it hard to watch everything front to the back. I looked at it the next day in the light and they missed a corner of the back yard with the Aeration machine and Thatcher, and did not over seed along the fence front and back where it needs it. Probably because they were wet, cold, and could not see in the dark. The lawn was smoother before, and should have been cut first before they did what they did. I cut the back yard before they came to the back, but the damage was done to the front before I could get there. I would like some grass seed so I can go over the areas that was missed, it has to be the same grass seed as they used. They said it was special and they only had it. Plus one of those tools that you step on to aerated in tight courtiers is what I need to finish the job. Price was $371 all together with the tax. I phoned property stars, don’t return their calls, or reply to their faxes I have sent. The front lawn is looking uglier every day, I should have put my foot down, and just said no. Pushy sales man. Hi there, I thought I would let you know, that CPS came back and did the Core Aeration on the law. Everything went well, they did not rake up the cores, and ran out of Grass seed. I asked them why and they said that it was the last day, and did not buy any more because they did not wont it sitting around in the ware house so the mice could eat it over the winter. Nothing grows in the Fall, I don't know why they did not do De-Thatching, Core Aeration, and Over Seeding in the Spring time. Half a job done. Hope they come back to finish what they started in the Spring time. Well it's Christmas and it's that time of year. Have a good Holiday. Dean H. Canadian Property Stars came around our street tonight. I looked out my window and half the street was getting their driveways sealed! I watched Alex & Brandon do my neighbours driveways and was very impressed. Was getting late, but wanted to speak to them anyways. They stayed late (sun pretty much down) and got my driveway done too! Thanks Alex & Brandon! Great job done super fast at a great price. Would highly recommend!!

She was extremely polite and worked hard. The cart she had needs decent wheels to push it sound. It kept getting stuck.

Power raking, fertilizing, lime control and grass seeding all done in 45 minutes. Cost $340.00 hello! Problems, missed 2 area's power raking, grass seeding was done by a 15 year old girl and seeded also my flower beds. (I am still pulling grass) She did not have a clue what she was doing. Worse part the guy hid a patio tile 2x2 and cracked it and saw it after they were gone. My cost to replace $125.00 I e-mailed them 2 time and called numerous time but they are very good in passing the ball. My warning, stay away from these guys for they have absolutely no customer service. They good in collecting your money and that's all.

The gentlemen were very polite and not pushy, which was appreciated. They assured me grass would grow, which it has, but it’s quite thin and patchy, and there are areas in the front yard where the grass seed did not really grow despite daily watering for 3 weeks, and 3 more weeks of rain almost every day.

Wilson is very polite and explained the process thoroughly. They masked the drive and there was absolutely no overspray on my interlocking stone. I highly recommend homestars. I am so pleased.

Purchased, aerating, dethatching, and seeding/fertilizing. Aerating was done well but the dethatching not so much. There are large patches of the lawn that appear to have not been dethatched at all. I suspect that this makes the rest of the maintenance less effective.

One gentleman came to my for offering to aerate my lawn. We settled on a price. His co worker came and did the job quickly. The service was excellent as the worker did a fine job. I would highly recommend the gentlemen who came to my door.
