    THEY ARE USELESS

    They get the money first and they deliver useless, messy , unorganized service. They were supposed to do aeration, raking and seeding for us since April and they did aeration after one month that we called them, they came back for rest and left a mess, didn't pick up all the dead grass that they raked and didn't seed properly. Left us with huge super heavy dead grass bags that we cannot lift and city wont pick either, We called them 10 times and left message and nothing, cas they got paid!

    lawn maintenance contract

    An absolute crooked deal! On May 19th, I paid for overseeding, fertilization, etc. and the fellow NEVER came back. Called the company and Daniella told me she would remind the guy. NOTHING has happened since then, and my lawn still hasn't been taken care of. I want my money BACK!

    Lawn care

    Arrated and power racked. Raked up grass and bagged it up. Top seeded all the front lawn.

    The core aeration of our lawn was well done. The rakeing/de-thatching was done on a second visit later on after a period of warm weather.

    The core aeration was well done early in the season. De-thatching resulted in some tear up of the turf as one might expect. This was followed by overseeding and fertilizer application. Fertilizer application appears to have been poorly applied as there is an obvious burn patch which I will attempt to address with lots of water.

    Lawn Maintenance

    My front yard was power raked, aerated, and grass seeded. Was expensive for the work done and the time it took.

    Lawn rejuvenation with Jodi

    Super friendly service, went above and beyond ensuring to do an amazing job. The ladies got 6 bags of thatch off my small front lawn and did a thorough fertilization and over seed. They also ensured I was given after care instructions. Fantastic work, highly recommend

    Lawn service

    Yard work....this time it was done well.... First time...people did not follow through to complete work... We will have them back again...for sure....

    Was happy with the work and workers very friendly as well manager which there was some mix up in that i paid or not and manager came by and did apologize for it thanks

    Lawn care (power rake)

    Property Stars has done some work for me in the past, this was my first time having a power raking done on my property. They did a fantastic job (I think I had more dead grass than live!), they ran the power rake over the entire yard and then did a manual rake afterwards to gather up all the dead grass - and then they even bagged it up for me! Fantastic! Afterwards, the person who was here offered some advice on helping the lawn grow, including seed and fertilizer, and the best time to water the lawn. Thank you, Property Stars!

    Lawn care

    Aeration, dethatching, overseeding and fertilizer. The first step in mid April and then remainder in late May
