Your staff (Harmony and teammate) were amazing: hard workers, professional, wonderful energy, very good manners, in summary provided a great service and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Happy to pay for that service!

Excellent service by employee Matthew Grima, Hard working young man, excellent service, reasonably priced. I expect the company to return during the summer and fall to check on the quality of work. I have experienced a number of rip off companies and I am hopeful that I can finally have a front lawn. Thank you Matthew you worked hard to get my business.

Yasir and Hao L did a great job today on my back yard and front lawn. They went the extra mile taking out all the dead grass, especially near my fence, which was really bad and ugly. Two thumbs up for both of them. Thank you guys. I hope the wind did not blow away most of the fertilizer and seeds that you applied today.

Aerated lawn. I showed where the sprinkler heads were but he hit 2 and I had to replace both. Also hit planter and knocked it off stand. He could have been far more careful. He was long gone by the time I turned on the water and noticed the damage. Lawn did get aerated but more damage than it was worth.

Work done by Dina A and Garland A did an excellent job with cleaning everything up.

I'm most upset because the guy ran the machine into one of our young trees and cracked a large piece off the trunk of the tree, now I will have to pay to have an arborist come in. Also our lawn looks pretty butchered in a lot of spots, the grass was removed right down to dirt.

Work was excellent but I hope someone actually reads this as my only complaint is the office follow through. In the early spring I was called to schedule my aerating and at that time I said sure but it depends on the weather. I received a call confirming they would be here on that date a couple weeks before and I was unsure about just how thawed my lawn would be but its Calgary so a couple days of very warm weather and a couple of hot days to dry it up it was possible my yard would be ready. Unfortunately it was not so the day before the guys were scheduled I walked about my yard and it was muddy so I called to reschedule. No answer so I left a message, but the next day they showed up and I had to tell then to go away as my yard was far too wet and I told them I had called but nobody called me back. A few weeks later a young man showed up saying he was scheduled to aerate my lawn, no phone call?? hmmm so I explained that I was waiting on a call from the office as my health had taken a turn and I was unable to rake and I wanted a price on that was well. I allowed him to aerate as it needed to be done but I asked him to be sure to speak to the office regarding power raking and to have someone call me. A few weeks later a young lady showed up on my doorstep she said they were in the neighbourhood and they were doing yard care, I let her explain what services she was selling then I told her that they had already aerated my lawn but I was waiting for a call from their office regarding power raking, she gave me a quote for raking so I said yes go ahead. The 2 young ladies did an awesome job, I paid cash and she did not give me a receipt which I thought was a little strange but whatever the job finally got done. My complaint is simple, the office staff did not respond to my phone calls, had they I could have scheduled all my yard work without worry. I might have also had more done because as all companies they have deals that combine different services and I might have saved a buck or two . I asked the young lady if they had people working in the office taking calls and she said yes lots of people work there so....either answer your incoming calls or call people back, I left 2 messages and thought you did not want my business. Since I paid 220 already in services I wonder how much the total package would have been? fertilizing, overseeding?? Also I asked a few questions and they were left unanswered like ok I have all these plugs all over my yard should I rake them up? should I water after a service is done because power raking stresses the grass? What kind of weed is that on my lawn do you know how to get rid of it?
