    Please do not purchase their services

    When we leave in the morning or arrive home (even at 11pm) the driveway is not plowed. They never answer calls, or respond to emails. Their GPS feature always shows trucks in the same location. I'm beginning to think they're misleading us about having a GPS feature. The owner can't possibly have a conscience.

    No show after recent snow storm, not even after 24 hours

    The recent storm (Feb. 16, 2017) landed more than 50cm of snow in Ottawa in one day. This company suppose to come and plow the snow by 5pm, no show. Then they sent an email claiming they should finish 1st round of plow in my area by 9pm, still no show. Next day (Feb. 17) 9am, guess what, no show. I had to shovel the snow (big pile you can imagine) by myself. During this period, I made phone call, left message, sent email, I got nothing in reply. Worst company ever! Do not trust this name (Canadian Property Stars). This company should not be allowed to exist!

    Snow removal almost non existent

    Hire anyone but these guys. I signed up for their snow removal this fall against my better judgement. The problems are twofold. First they use a truck and plow meaning that half my front yard was plowed to make room for snow. That's my own fault. I called and emailed them about this after the first snowfall and never heard back. Second I pretty much have had to shovel after every snow as they are so late getting here it does no good. Next year I will be hiring someone with a tractor and snow blower or buying my own. This was a complete waste of my money.

    Worst Snow Removal Ever!

    I live in Mississauga and hired this company for snow removal. Out of the past three snowfalls, they showed up once and did a poor job. I have a two car driveway, and they didn't plow the driveway because there was one car parked in it. The other two times I ended up shovelling myself since they didn't show after 24 hours. I called and complained and was told the plows are now parked because it was no longer snowing. I asked to have a supervisor call me back, but never heard from anyone. It's now 9pm on the fourth snowfall of the year, and still no sign of them. I guess I need to get out my shovel. Save your money and don't hire this company!!

    Waste of money, terrible service

    This service is a total sham. We were hit with a large snowstorm and nobody came. It has been snowing all day, it is 8:30 pm.. and no sign of any truck. They do not have a customer service line which you can call directly (it is a 1-800 number and no one ever picks up). In short, this is the biggest waste of money. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up with these guys. This is a dishonest and unreliable business.

    Worst company ever

    They don't show until late in the evening when all other companies are on their second round of clearing driveways and then do the worst job imaginable. We paid extra for a 2 car driveway but they don't plow 2 sides. This time my husband shoveled almost one entire side himself and when the plow finally showed up the side my husband had already shoveled is the only portion they plowed. Sadly a complete waste of money. For the entire winter they've showed up twice and both times did a small portion of the driveway so long after the storm we'd already had to shovel most of the driveway ourselves.

    Worst Plow Company Ever

    They rarely show up. And when they do, its only once. They do a horrible job removing the snow. They never return your calls. I will be demanding my money back, and news companies will know about this horrendous company.

    snow removal

    Had 3 snow storms that they should have came out for and only showed up for 1st one...the second snow fall we had over 6 cm of snow and didn't get an email and they never showed up...the third time it snowed was today got 2-4 cm, got an email saying they were going to come by and never did... will not be dealing with this company ever again and I'm going to be canceling their services immediately...

    Snow Removal / no customer service or support

    This company is a ripe off, take your money and provided half cleared driveway then left a pile of snow at the bottom of the driveway that froze. called emailed drove by a yard no office for 8 days with no response... next snow fall operator dropped the blade and pulled 1/2 a swipe on 1/2 of a side of our double car driveway. OMG. still now follow up on the 1st complainant.. brutal service and customer service... save your money buy a Toro..

    Expensive and very Poor service

    Salesperson was not honest to get me to sign up. Claiming there were many in my neighbourhood who signed up...i found only 1 neighbor using their service. They charged me a price higher compared to my neighbor with same exact driveway i paid $300 compared to him paying $215. Their truck came after i send an urgent email to be able to get out because i was completely blocked in for 6 hours, and the snow had turned into ice. The snow truck did a quick sweep where he left the driveway with at least 3 inches of snow. The snow eventually turned into sheet of ice. They constantly showed up very late if ever, sometimes they just refuse to show up, their GPS tool doesn't work all the time. I am tired of having a slippery driveway and worried about safety of my family or others from slipping. Property Star suggested salting it, which is no good because of amount of ice...also why do they expect me to do their job for them? Picture attached is a comparison of my driveway vs my neighbor's (my neighbor uses a different snow removal company than myself)... I called to terminate several time and after two weeks, they refused to give me full refund. Please save yourself the headache and don't sign up with them, i was told at least 30 customers had switched to another snow removal company in one week.
