    Fake and horrible

    They never came for plowing. I sent them an email onDec 29 reporting that nobody showed up, had no reply. I emailed again onDec 31 asking for cancellation and had no reply. I called today and they finally answered and offered a refund of $207. I refused; i was told to send an email for dispute. I received a reply claiming that my driveway was plowed 5 times which is not true and offered me a refund of $174. I emailed them back saying i refuse this and asked for full refund. I had no reply of course. I felt i sm dealing with a fake company. I guess the government should intervene and do something with this company.

    Snow removal

    Do not hire this company for snow removal. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! They showed up late and did a terrible job that I had to shovel the whole thing again. They will not answer the phone or return messages. Customer services is horrible and they did not honor the contract. NEVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!

    Worst Snow Removal Service!

    I cannot stress enough how BAD this "service" is. During the big storm we had last week they didn't come for the first time until 8:00 a.m. the following day (No I don't mean 8:00 that morning but 24 hours after that! About 30+ hours after the snow had actually begun.) When they finally got here I ran out to talk to the driver and ask where he'd been! I'd already had to shovel myself to get the car out of the drive the day before. Then came the litany of excuses about why he couldn't plow my drive... It's too steep an incline, there are cars in the drive etc... etc... When I asked him to at least plow the return then let me move my cars so he could do the rest of the drive he said "I can't wait for you, there are people waiting on me". After I finally convinced him that I'd have my cars OUT of the drive by the time he could plow the return, the job he did was half-rate (at best!) the student next door does a better job with his little shovel. He didn't go full width and left LOTS of snow both in my drive and all over the street in front of my house (my neighbours are all complaining about it - just waiting for the city to come fine me!) They STILL haven't been by for the current snowfall (admittedly perhaps slightly lower than their service agreement calls for overall BUT my neighbours have all been plowed by THEIR service companies. My calls have all gone unanswered and my two messages have not been returned. I've pretty much given up trying to get a refund and cancel the service at this point. They're clearly NOT interested in providing any kind of customer service and will undoubtedly not be in business next year. Stay FAR FAR FAR away from CPS snow removal DIS-service!

    Horrendous. Absolutely awful and deceitful.

    They have come once in 5 days. I was at the window watching. The driver did 1 swoop and plowed half the length of the driveway then drove off. I called their phone number and sat on hold for exactly one hour, at which point the robotic voice says "Goodbye" and disconnects the call. They have failed in every aspect of their "service agreement." I am so disappointed, disgusted and frustrated. This is essentially wasted money. How am I to get out of my driveway? This service was supposed to make our lives easier and instead has complicated everything.

    HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK

    Same story as I read here 10 times. Absolute garbage of a service. Never came, never answered my phone calls. Call your credit card company, they'll reverse the charges based on a service not rendered. Took me 5 minutes. They also informed me that I was right on the line of being too late to get it reversed. I'm assuming you all signed up around the same time as me (sept 15). CALL NOW AND REVERSE THE CHARGES.

    snow removal

    Terrible snow removal company bad service and no skill to clean the driveway. They just driven onto the grass, tried to call the company never answer the phone and sent email no response, stay away this company.

    Horrible company

    Really bad service. Bad company They are doing a bad job removing the snow from my driveway. Just came 2 times to remove the snow since the 29/12/2015 and made a mess with my driveway and lawn. Sales man never mention they use a truck to plow the snow. I have been calling them every day to get a refund but got no answers. Not picking up the phone or replying to my emails. So Disrespectful. You should be ashamed for this service and what you did to all of us. I do not recommend it at all. Please stay away from this company. If someone finally finds a way to get their money back let me know.

    Snow Removal

    Canadian Property Stars failed in all aspects: 1 - Failing to meet the snow removal scheduling protocol outlined in the service agreement - driveway was finally cleaned after 9pm and inaccessible the entire day 2 - Poor quality of work - lawn torn up, snow was not entirely removed 3 - Being misrepresented by the sales representative - type of truck being used 4 - Being misrepresented by call center regarding when the service was and would be provided. Now nobody answers the phone anymore and no one was in the office when I visited today. I ran into several other consumers waiting to express their displeasure. I reluctantly switched service providers to save $75 but I'm willing to fork another $400 and go back to the previous company. Absolutely Atrocious!

    Worst Service Ever!!!

    My driveway hasn't been plowed properly the first time or the 2nd time the truck came by.  Only 60% of my driveway is clear and it has layers of snow under that wasn't pulled.  The truck pushed the snow on to my lawn and drove 1/2 way into my lawn.  I don't even know what the damage to that is.  He drove over the company safety markers and broke it into pieces - what kind of service is that.  The city cleaning came almost 23 hours ago, and I cannot even get my flipping car out to take my newborn out because the car is stuck. We booked this service because of my medical issues and now I am trapped in my own flipping home.  No one has picked up the phone calls.  The car got stuck on the entrance to the driveway because the trucked didn't clean it properly the first time and then never showed up after the last city cleaning. I have emailed them asking to cancel my service and refund my pney after waiting on the phone for 3 hours. I'm also thinking about taking this to the small claims court.

    Very bad service

    We had a big snow storm a few days ago and nobody came to plow our driveway.. The city had left a huge wall and we had problems getting back to our driveway. We sent that company emails and later, someone came and only plowed part of the city wall and destroyed our tree, on our lawn, in the process.. Nobody answered our emails, they finally plowed our whole driveway overnight.. They might be the cheapest but their service is very cheap too... Never again!!!!!
