    Snow

    Terrible service 2 days several messages and emails no return call . I paid for snow removal they can once push half the driveway snow towards my garage door and left the rest in the driveway , I will be cancelling my service with you . It's clear when you call you just sit on hold but nobody has any intention of answering the phone . Crap service will never recommend you !

    worst company ever

    One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Snow Storm started on dec/28/2015 in Ottawa, according to the contract they suppose to come and clean my driveway,and today is 30th of Dec. 2015. Noone showed up on my driveway. I cleaned my driveway myself. I emailed them to cancel my contract but no response. I am calling them non stop for last 2 days and no answer. Please stay away from this company. And if possible let me know how I can contact them and get my money back

    HORRIBLE

    Absolutely the worst snow removal service company in Ottawa... they did end up coming to remove part of the snow from my driveway after the past major storm.. removal was very sloppily done.. a large section of the driveway wasn't even plowed.. they had driven onto the grass pushing the snow well into our neighbors yard.. after trying to get in contact with the company several times by phone with no answer, I decided to drive across the city (Kaladar) to visit them.. after wandering around a vacant warehouse for a while marked "employees only".. I finally found a lady sitting in an office in the far back. After being fed some nonsense about why the service was terrible and not what was promised.. I was assured the service would be better next snow fall.. Meanwhile.. there were several phones ringing constantly in the background unanswered.. for those of you saying you can't get through by phone... it's because there isn't anyone there answering the phones. I asked for a refund.. and the lady tried to talk me out of it for a while until I demanded my money back.. after the admin fee and the prorated days of "service" I ended up dishing out $200 for a horribly plowed driveway that I ended up shoveling myself. We have yet to received the balance of our money back.. I'm almost 100% sure that will be a fight as well and another trip to their head office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    Snow removal

    Terrible. It is impossible to imagine that a company like this could stay in business. The worst service i have ever hired. On hold now for 1 1/2 hours. INCOMPREHENSIBLE NEVER EVER hire these people.

    Snow Blowing

    This is the worst company you can ever have any dealings with.. I wish I took a look at the reviews before I purchased their service. Heavy snow on Dec 29 and no one came to plow the snow. I sent emails and was told someone will come in 30mins but no one can the whole day. I will never have to deal with these guys And I definitely am not recommending this service to anyone.

    Snow removal no-show

    It's 5pm on the first snow day of the year. I've been snowed in all day and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Where did my money go?

    lawnservice

    Fantastic sales pitch on the phone sounded like a great service having had them do our aeration for 3 yrs previously. We had two treatments (out of 5) and then never saw them again.

    Lawn Care and Aeration

    I booked Canadian Property Stars in the spring 2015 to do all my aeration and lawn care and fertilization. I told them I wanted to be home each and everytime they came. They said they would call a week ahead and email me and then tell me when they were coming. I only got a phone call about a week before and told them I had to be home. Each and everytime they came and went without me being present. They missed places everywhere constantly. For some reason they did not do my fall aeration. They even called me a week before to tell me they were coming but all they did was the fertilization but no AERATION that I paid for. I have called and called and left numerous messages and emails - WITH NO RESPONSE.

    Window Washing

    After completing the service Property Stars left one of our hoses running and draped over our fence. The water flooded our basement. Accidents happen, but the problem was it was near impossible to get in touch with anyone to rectify the damage. It took almost 3 months just to get them to pay for the damages. This was after constant emails and phone calls that were ignored. The service itself was fine but if anything goes wrong, you will not be supported.

    Driveway sealing

    Used these guys to seal my driveway as they were going around canvassing the street. Young student types, one of them looked about high school age. The price was high relative to industry standards as I found out later and the work was subpar. They have these poor kids tugging around a cart with the pump and sealant, across the entire street. Pretty ruthless company.
