    window washing

    Very high priced. Probably about $150.00 more than shud have been charged, for the very poor work. I ended up with streaks on most of my windows that needed to be cleaned again by me.Terrible rip off.

    Driveway Sealing

    The driveway was to have the cracks filled and sealed by Canadian Property Stars. So much crack filler was used that after waiting one week, when touching the driveway impressions were left. We waited one month for them to return and inspect. The company representative who inspected the problem told us he would have to discuss this with a manager, he did not know what to do, we would receive a call 4 days later. No call for two weeks, then we were advised that nothing could be done until next year, that this portion of the business was closed now.! WE ARE LEFT WITH A MESS!

    Driveway sealing

    Sealed my driveway with one coat, looked horrible. Worse than before. I called and comIned, and I was promised they would re do it. Also was promised a call 2 days prior to the work being done. No calls, came home to find the driveway painted again, with no tape used to shield the sides. My brick edging is cometely ruined. Very poor quality and not an honest business. Dissapointed.

    Driveway Sealing

    Two problems with this company. First the sales rep misrepresented the services. He told me that as part of sealing the driveway they would fill in the gap between my driveway and garage to prevent further water damage. That never happen and the GM at Property Stars said she was sorry that I was mislead. Filling the gap was the only reason I purchased the service. The second problem was the work itself. The 16 year old kid that did the work over sprayed the driving and got the sealant on the interlock bricks beside the driveway and on the bricks of the garage wall. The driveway was spotty, streaky and inconsistent.

    Lawn Maintenance

    Worst lawn care company EVER! Paid $350 for an annual lawn care plan (aeration, spring fertilization, spring over seeding, summer fertilization, fall fertilization). Horrible service and even worse customer service when you call their Head Office in Ottawa, Ontario. Received nothing but attitude and excuses from their customer service representatives. DO NOT USE!

    Driveway Sealing

    I am pleased to write a fantastic review for this company. The contractors who I chatted with briefly at the end of my street where they were "dropped off" were very professional and very scientific with their explanation for why this product was better than the other $100 service other companies were offering. They were knocking on doors in the neighborhood and I observed the hardworking, enthusiastic demeanor with their work. Eventually when they got to my house, it was not the right timing for me to move the cars and bikes and strollers and basketball nets etc as we were on our way out. I offered them my phone number to call again later in the evening if possible. The application was done around 8pm and it was the perfect time of day (for us anyways) to allow 8 hours to cure without the risk of curious tiny footprints lol. They did a fantastic job with brilliant smiles. I read bad reviews online but despite that, I saw the work on the neighbors' driveways were top notch so I am pleased to write this glowing reference for my good experience over all. I understand that the service may vary depending on the contractor as a contributing factor.

    drive way sealing

    DO NOT use this company, I made the mistake hiring them on driveway sealing without first checking their rating on line, as they are working on my street. The paint is splashed on my garage doors, and no one bother to come by nor contact me. Cracks are not fixed even it is included in price.

    Window Washing

    Property Stars were in our neighbourhood knocking on every door and offering their window washing service. The price started out very high but I held firm to what I felt was a reasonable price based on past contracts. The worker was very presentable and professional. Sadly the work was sub standard and far too basic. They washed the windows, just outside. Screen removal was my responsibility. No screen cleaning or interior window cleaning was performed. Most every window required two or even three "re-dos" to get the majority of the soil from the window area. The worker was very willing to go over his work but I found it annoying that the work was so poor and that I had to ask him to do a second pass. These were ground level, very accessible windows and the remaining soil was plain to see. The work took about an hour including the second treatments. The value was very poor and I was sorry I agreed to allow this company to do the work because the result was so poor.

    Driveway Sealer

    Do not use this Company!!!!!!!! This company did my driveway June 2014. After the work was done the driveway was streaky and tacky, and black sealant everywhere -on our interlocking bricks.He proceeded to spray again, making the job worse. I called the office with my complaint, and gave me a redo Aug/2014 resprayed. Job getting worse every time this is sprayed. Offered a respray in 2015.. The so called Manager ???? nasty attitude,poor work ethic proceeded to tell me -my driveway is AKRILIC, hence the reason for the sub standard driveway.Took off in his truck without trying to explain. They have taken money under false pretense knowing the bad results.The company refused to give me a refund.

    aeration

    Their worker ran over my downpipe when aerating our lawn. It had a hinge to raise it, or he could have just gone around it but no, he decided to go over it. He didnt even mention his gaffe afterwards. He just took off before we could inspect. The Canadian Property Stars manager has avoided my repeated calls for over a month, thus no resolution. Avoid using them at all costs!!!
