I was happy with the 2021 window replacement these folks did, and decided to have them replace three more windows this past June 2022. The original install crew were messy and disorganized, damaged my hardwood floor, and had to come back to resolve several issues, including nails sticking out of window frames.
The glass in two of the three windows was defective, and the tech has been out no less than three times since. One visit was to replace one window pane with another, equally damaged pane. This past Tuesday he came back and replaced another pane, but damaged the window frame to the point where it could not close or latch. It took all week to get him out again, and he tried to "fix" the window by bending it with his bare hands. Bad idea, as he shattered the window today.
Now I'm left with shattered glass hanging off of my house being held together with duct tape. I haven't heard anything from their head office and fear that this will be the status quo for another month or two until they can be bothered to come back. I'm writing this review to see if I'll ever hear back from these folks, as this needs fixing ASAP before more glass falls two stories and injures someone. Their customer service is truly terrible, and they do not answer phone calls or emails.
I have never written a bad review before, but this company is a joke and people need to know just how little this outfit cares. $4K for three casement windows, 3+ months from original install and two of three windows are still damaged, and 5 visits to date. Do yourself a favour and use literally any other contractor to replace your windows. These folks stop caring the second they charge your credit card (and they're quite prompt when it comes to that, per other reviews).
