    Inspection

    Excellent service, very professional and very courteous. I came away knowing I made the right choice and would leverage his services again. Worth the money spent. Walked me through the process initially and was able to accommodate my schedule.

    Home Inspection for my Brother

    Mike was very proficient, friendly and down to earth. He explained everything in detail. The inspection was done for my brother as a first time home buyer, and being new to the real estate industry I wanted to make sure the inspection was thorough. He was able to tell us what would be a safety issue, what concerns should be addressed first, & what could wait. He was willing to answer or explain any questions. The report was very comprehensive, easy to understand with pictures, and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this inspector. I would personally recommend him to my clients.

    Home Inspection

    It was a pleasure to work with Michael not once but twice! As a first time home buyer, I was careful in choosing who I add to the team and Michael was a perfect choice. Michael is very knowledgeable, thorough and does not miss a thing. After my first offer fell through, I had no hesitation to call Michael for his services on my next choice. He did a great job not only inspecting the house but also explaining everything he was doing, what it meant and how issue may be rectified. Michael goes above and beyond in every aspect of the service, from being punctual, professional and courteous to being thorough and detailed oriented. The report is received same day with numerous pictures and wealth of other information. I was very impressed with his service and I highly recommend 4SightInspections to anyone who want to get the job done right! Thank you Michael.

    re-sale home inspection

    Michael was very informative during my inspection. He explained things to me in terms I could understand. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately he missed a few things during the inspection that I now have to replace. My basement windows were leaking and my furnace spits out air and water when running.

    Karyn, I do wish you would have called me to discuss these things. Part of my service is to go back to your home if things are found to be a problem so I can check them. My goal is always 100% satisfaction. In this case I have looked at your report and remember the house. There were many points of water entry as pointed out in the report but the basement windows were not one of them. The basement was unfinished with only insulation on the walls. There was no indication on the window frames or on the insulation that water had penetrated and the windows are above grade. The furnace, at the time of the inspection, was 19 years old and operating properly. It was noted in the report that the probability of failure was medium due to its age. I can only report on the conditions at the time of the inspection. I cannot predict future behaviour or condition. Please feel free to contact me at any time to discuss or if you have any questions.     Home Inspection

    Michael from 4Sight Home Inspections came out to do the home inspection for our dream house, and he did an amazingly thorough job! Even my Realtor was blown away on how thorough of job he did. He documented every detail of every inch our house and made recommendations on the urgency of the matter and also what and how it can be corrected. It was like a 300 page document with pictures of each component of our house. Something we can review over and over. He marked down all the model #'s of our appliances and lets us know if any product is recalled. I've had a home inspection done once before and they had just a 2 page inspection sheet which they just ticked. Nothing can compare to the detail that Michael provided.     service

    I was so pleased with our experience with Michael and 4sight Home Inspections. He did a home inspection on our first home that my wife and I purchased. He was punctual, looked and acted professional, and I got the impression that he was someone I could trust. He communicated what he was doing the entire time and was very open to answering any questions we had. He went into the attic, which I consider to be very important and something that not everyone does. I was very impressed with the report we received afterwards. It was VERY thorough and easy to understand. The pictures that go along with the verbal descriptions are great to have for future reference. The detail will blow you away. Especially because we had discussed so much of it previously while on site. I would not hesitate to call him back or refer him to any of our friends. Very happy we found 4sight.

    Home Inspection

    After about 10+ inspections with 4Sight, I have nothing but raving reviews. 4Sight Home Inspection is punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable and willing to educate a client with patience through each step. Additionally you cannot get a better value your for dollar. Very satisfied and highly recommended; as a Realtor - my referrals to clients can either help or hurt a relationship - 4Sight Home Inspections is top-notch and has never let me down.

    Home Inspection; Entire home renovation

    The home inspection was done thoroughly and professionally. We were given a very full report that gave us complete trust in the work that had been done. I would recommend 4Sight Home Inspections to absolutely anyone looking for someone who knows what he is talking about, who you need to trust, who will look at every nook and cranny in your home and will give you excellent advice on what needs attention and what is simply cosmetic damage. I have also seen 4Sight Home Inspections work on interior and exterior renovations and they are slick, high quality and creative.

    Home Inspection

    Michael was fantastic; I was very impressed with the service provided. At no time did we feel rushed, and Michael took the time to fully answer any questions we had. He was able to find a significant fire hazard in our new home, so we could deal with it prior to moving in. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a quality inspection for a very reasonable price. Fantastic job!

    home inspection

    I had a great experience with one of your employees. Very thorough and informative, I learned a lot about my new home and how to care for it. He even offered to help me with some of my fixes, such a good employee. He was truly looking out for the home buyer. I would recommend 4sight services to anyone! Thanks :D
