He check every nook and cranny of the house and explained to us all the deficiencies. He also put our mind at ease with the level of inspection as he explained everything along the process since the house was pretty old. From beginning to end, 4 Sight Inspections made coordinating my home inspection easy. Their website clearly outlined the cost of my home inspection. There were no hidden fees. Additionally, their website's interface made it extremely easy to schedule my home inspection. On arrival, the inspector immediately jumped into action beginning his assessment of the house exterior. He then proceeded to work his way from the basement to the 2nd floor. His inspection was thorough and caught a number of key items that I did not notice but will definitely need to submit through the Tarion warranty. The same day (only a few hours later), I received a detailed report from the inspector outlining the items of concern and items to monitor.
