    Professional recommended home inspection

    First time buying a home while lived my life in condos here and abroad. Michael was very professional, he didn’t mind my ignorance, described everything in details as he performed the inspection and answered all my questions. He literally inspected every inch and provided a very comprehensive report with supporting pictures. This document will become my reference to my new home. Amazing job.

    Home Inspection

    Due to a short closing, we called Michael the evening our offer was accepted and he was on-site the next morning at 9am to complete the home inspection for us! Michael was thorough and honest. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as first time home buyers.

    Townhouse Condo Inspection-Resale unit

    Chris performed an inspection for the Condo townhouse that I am about to purchase. He amazed me with the thoroughness and professionalism of his work. While I originally felt that the fees was a premium before I met Chris, I could clearly see the difference in quality of the assessment and reporting and I now feel this kind of work deserves the price tag. It is so exhaustive that I now know what I should be doing for the next few months in improving the quality of the property when I purchase it. He has not omitted any observation- the report is clear, detailed and evidenced with appropriate photographs. He was extremely polite and answered all my questions patiently.     House inspection keswick

    Chris completed a home inspection for me it was very thorough and in depth. He provided me a great report with pictures that helped me decide that this wasn’t the house for us. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspector and they will be doing the next inspection I need.

    Knowledgeable expert and superior customer service

    Chris was on-time for the inspection. He was very patience and customer-focused in answering any questions however naive (I am a first-house buyer). He conducted a very thorough inspection. Would use their services again.

    Home Inspection

    We booked an inspection with Chris for a newly purchased home. As it was our first home, Chris was very receptive to all of our small questions about the inspection. He was extremely thorough and explained all of the little things that we would never have thought about. I would definitely recommend the services that Chris provided if you are ever in need of a home inspection.

    Extremely thorough, educational, experience. Great inspection!

    This review is about a pre-purchase home inspection. Trying to schedule an inspection over a summer weekend was difficult. We tried several local inspectors, and none answered their phones on a Saturday mid-morning. At that point, 4 Sight was recommended to us by our lawyer and not only did Michael answer right away, he was able to fit us in for the coming Monday. Michael did a great job on our pre-purchase home inspection. He arrived right on time and began the inspection promptly. He answered all of my questions, there were a lot, and also tested the appliances, which my real estate agent was surprised to see. He advised us on minor issues in the home, explained how to tell major from minor issues as well as timeframe estimates for having to replace appliances and other parts of the home. With all this information, we were able to make a fully informed decision. We could not be happier with the service and would highly recommend Michael and 4 Sight Inspections in the future. Our real estate agent was quite impressed and took cards for future referrals.

    Inspection of a home prior to purchase

    I booked a home inspection as a condition of closing a purchase on a detached home. 4 Sight Inspections Pros - ease of booking (perfect - simple) - time accommodation (perfect - next day) - punctual (perfect - arrived before I did) - inspection (perfect - very thorough) - explanation (perfect - very clear, he was very knowledgeable) - experience (perfect) - mannerism (great) - accessibility (perfect - gave me all the time I wanted, and as much discussions after inspection) - time to get report (perfect - same day) Cons: Previous inspections I've seen had - a 1 page summary of '911' items (verses scanning a 10+ page summary for 'Immediate Repair' notes). I want a single (high level list) page of urgent issues eg Red Alert, Medium, Low, can be done in next 5 years; then a lengthier summary, then very detailed. - Estimated costs for all the found items - even at +/- 50% (verses a link for generic estimated costs of all possible repair vs range estimate specifically for my situation) Summary: I absolutely reco them. And here is the best comment one can make: I have a copy of the Jan 2018 Home inspect when current owners bought - the Knob & Tube Chris found the 2018 did not. Chris' inspection was 100% more thorough than this other one (proof you get what you pay for and critical you get the best) So yes, they cost more BUT you are buying a very costly purchase and you need to know as much as possible, and trust that information. It is a well worth investment to get a highly regarded, respected, and most important, knowledgeable firm to do this work and I will say 4 Sight Inspections is that and more.

    Definitely Recommend!

    Michael was so quick in getting us set up with our home inspection. We call the team on Wednesday and had an appointment booked that following Saturday. Very knowledgeable and professional service from Michael. Definitely recommend!

    Home Inspection

    Booking an appointment online was easy and smooth, Michael was there on time, inspection was detailed, thorough and professional, all steps were explained, Micheal was ready to answer all my questions and give his recommendations, the report pointed out all issues big or small with the necessary actions. I would recommend this service to anyone who is buying a house for peace of mind!
