    Very Thorough

    Chris was extremely thorough during the entire inspection. The report we received was very clear, and every issue identified within the house has a picture following the documented concern. We were so thankful to have such a great report as numerous areas were found during the inspection that we would not have been aware of otherwise.

    Chris and 4 Sight are the most thorough and detailed inspectors I have ever seen!

    Amazing job by Chris who came all the way from Oshawa to do a home inspection for my parents in Brampton! He was prompt and very thorough and did not hesitate to answer all our questions and concerns. Chris spent close to three hours inspecting a 1,600 sq foot house and his attention to detail and knowledge of what to look for is astounding. Chris was able to provide a thorough and detailed report within a few hours of our inspection being complete. I don't even know how he crawled into that attic! He was spiderman. I would not hesitate to use Chris and 4Sight Home Inspections for all of our future home inspection needs. Definitely recommend his work and his expertise and the value you get for the cost you pay is second to none!

    Home Inspection

    I just used 4Sight Inspections services and was very impressed. I called them up on a Sunday night and they actually took my call and I booked an appointment for the next day. Chris, my inspector took his time and was very thorough. He answered any questions I had. From start to finish it went smooth and he even offered help with any questions or concerns i might have at any point after the service was complete. Thank you, 4Sight for your amazing services and giving me peace of mind for my new home!

    Home inspection

    Very professional service, Michael was right on time and took the time to answer all our questions. He took is friendly and informative. I would recommend his services for any needed inspections in the GTA

    Home inspection

    Unfortunately, I came back to edit my review, because I am unsatisfied with the inspection we had. Every day I am discovering a new problem and major inspection mistakes which are costing me a lot to fix them. I have moved since 5 months and I am still finding many mistakes that we have to fix because they are major . The inspector is supposed to be more specific and precise in his job .

    Chris, is very thorough and friendly as well as have sense of humor.. I like him and very commendable.. He did explained everything what we want to know and learned also some of the house stuff..

    Old home inspection in Milton

    Home Inspection for Semi-Detach

    From the point of scheduling the home inspection to the final report, we worked with Michael from 4 Sight. Michael arrived on time to start the inspection and right off the bat he was courteous, friendly, and professional. He began by carefully examining the entire exterior (roof and garage) and patiently explaining any deficiencies, providing recommendations on solutions, and answering any questions from us. Proceeding to the interior of the house, he took his time in critical areas and took the time to both visually show us and explain to us areas where attention was required. He always allowed opportunity for questions and his answers were easy to comprehend. I never had the feeling where I was not sure what the problem or solution would be. Ultimately, Michael dedicated 2 hours to inspect the home and within 3 hours provided an 80 page inspection report complete with all the pictures of deficient areas, details of condition/implication/location, and how to resolve the deficiency. Not only do I feel good about the inspection, I feel good about my home purchase.

    Home inspection

    Chris was very through and patient with our home inspection. He really spend his time on details and caught things we could missed otherwise. We are so satisfied we hired him again for another inspection. We are so happy we found him. Highly recommend!

    Home Insepction Burlington

    Michael showed up on time. Was very detailed and meticulous in his procedures. (as well as very knowledgeable) Pointed out some very important deficiencies that required our immediate attention. Would defiantly use and recommend his services again. Thanks for your help.
