    Home Inspection

    The home inspector did an amazing and thorough job, we were very satisfied with his work. He was also extremely friendly, and explained in detail all of the issues in the house.

    PDI Home Inspection

    Bought a brand new house and recently had ODI inspection, I found 4 Sights Inspection online and was convinced with all the good reviews, hired them for our PDI and they are right. It’s a great company; efficient. Will definitely hire for future house inspection. Highly Recommended.

    Great experience - extremely professional

    I had a great experience with Chris. He was on time, prepared and very courteous. He took his time with every aspect of the inspection, took the time to explain things as they came up clearly and concisely. I never felt like my questions were unwelcome and Chris's recommendations were very insightful. The report was provided in a timely fashion and was very well documented and will be an important record for all work moving forward. I feel that I have gained valuable insight into the home that we will use as a great reference for the future and would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a pre-purchase inspection.

    Rowhome Inspection

    I was recommended 4Sight thru a mutual contact that confirmed 4Sight is trusted by HGTV's Bryan Baeumler. Regardless of the endorsement, I was quite impressed by Chris's knowledge, patience and thoroughness. We asked all sorts of questions and he did his best to answer. I also was happy that the website was easy, transparent with cost and laid out the services. Thanks for helping us out with our home purchase decision, Chris!

    Top Quality Service with Close Attention to Detail!

    As a first time home buyer, I had plenty of questions regarding the condition of the home we are about to buy. Michael was so patient as we went around the house (built in the 70s) together and I expressed my concerns around the property. Not only was he attentive to my questions but answered them elaborately and in a way that I can understand. There is no place I’d rather go if I ever need another home inspection done. Mike is your guy!!!

    Full Home Inspection

    I had a full home inspection done by Chris in North Oshawa. Chris was very professional and very thorough. I received an in-depth report of all current issues and potential risks within hours of the home inspection. The report had great photos and details for items I will need to address/watch in the new home. Thanks.

    Full Home Inspection

    Revived a full home Inspection from Michael. I was first impressed that he showed up in truck with the business advertised on it. These day a lot of guys just have a latter on the roof with a baby seat in the back. Anyways Michael was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He provided the report within hours with a full description of the inspection he has done along with pictures. Thermal imaging was included, which was a plus. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a legit inspection for there home.

    House inspection

    Home inspection

    Great, professional service. Chris was extremely thorough with his inspection and decided significant time, at our request the next day, to debrief us on the details of the 117 page report. We were extremely happy with the service, which helped us make a more informed decision.

    Amazing service and professianlism

    Amazing service and very thorough inspection. Exactly what o needed to feel safe of my purchase! Highly recommended service. We will use them whenever we need an assessment and for sure will recommend.
