    Home Inspection made easy

    Michael has been an amazing home inspector. He was very thorough and knew what he was doing. He did a great job pointing out things that would've been missed by other inspectors. The report he provided was very detailed as well. I would definitely get their services again.

    Courteous and Professional

    Mike was nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything. He was through and had top of the line equipment (thermal scanner). I was extremely happy with the service he provided and would recommend him to all my friends and family.

    Home Purchanse

    amazing work/ very thorough inspection with lots of detail. Aaron was friendly and very knowledgeable. He spent a ton of time outside and downstairs - provided photos and detailed descriptions of every program area. Would highly recommend.

    Home Inspection (First Time Home Buyer)

    Michael had just conducted a home inspection on a home we are looking to purchase. He was very punctual, responsive, prompt, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciated his patience throughout the entire process to effectively investigate and communicate both pros and cons of the home. He went above and beyond with his service today!     Highly recommend this company

    We had a townhouse inspection with Michael yesterday and we can't thank him enough. I was able to book it online easily the day before the inspection but unfortunately the offer for the property fell through so I had to cancel the home inspection. This happened twice! Michael was still kind enough to accommodate our situation and booked the appointment as planned. I've used other inspection companies for our previous homes and were never as fully satisfied as we were with Michael! He was so thorough and gave us great suggestions for home improvement ideas. My husband and I had so many things to ask him and he answered each question patiently. He made the inspection stress-free for us and we greatly appreciate it!

    Home Inspection

    Compared to our last experience with another inspector from another company; Michael from 4sight was extremely thorough with the inspection and very transparent with all his expertise, in depth knowledge and advice on how to correct/improve any issues. We felt very comfortable dealing with him and would highly recommend this company. Great job and keep up the good work!

    Very thorough inspection

    We did a home inspection today with Chris. He is fantastic and very thorough!! Chris found a lot of not so obvious minor things that I was thankful for. Chris was also great at answering my many questions! This is the first home inspection I have ever done that I felt was worth it!

    1st Home Inspection

    We are in the process of purchasing our first house and as you can imagine, we were full of questions. Michael was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and the inspection report was very clear. It was a pleasure working with him.

    Excellent Service!

    I recommend 4sight home inspections. They provide a very detailed and helpful report. They inspect the house longer than other inspectors because they care. Thank you! We sure will get your service again.

    First Time Buyer

    Just had our home inspection for our first home (a 1920's era Hamilton Bungalo) with Michael and would highly recommend him. He answered all my questions, was thorough on the interior and exterior, testing appliances, electrical, heating and more. Cost is on the higher side but well worth the money for the information we've gotten. Michael also assured us that free of cost he will return once we take possession of our house to check out our garage interior as it appears to have some structural issues from the outside that are currently not visible on the interior with the sellers possessions still taking up space.
