    Home Inspection

    Michael was terrific and things to note are the following. 1.) On time - Check 2.) Courteous - Check 3.) Patient - Check 4.) Thorough - Check 5.) Experienced + Knowledge - Check I very much appreciated this experience and the money spent for the service was well worth it. This was like a mini workshop and received some valuable education! This was invaluable especially due to the fact of the interest in purchasing an older home. It all came down to costs on any issues that were raised or for the potential of. Can provide you with negotiating leverage. Since I will be moving on to purchase another home, I will definitely be calling again for my next inspection. The only thing I forgot to ask are there any discounts for a repeat customer. Keep up the great work Michael! Fred

    Couldn't have been better

    Michael's decades of experience was evident from the very start. He was very thorough in his analysis of the exterior of the house, there was no crack or corner left unchecked. As he explained how to improve/remedy every issue he found, I felt more and more confident about becoming a homeowner. The knowledge I gained from him alone was worth the money I paid. As he was inspecting the inside of the house, I was impressed by how many tools he carried with him - from window cranks to thermal cameras and moisture meters. Once again, he taught me many things about house maintenance and had no problem answering all of my questions. His communication was very professional and factual, which allowed me to form my own opinion of his analysis. After the home inspection, I received a report of the home inspection with notes and pictures about all of Michael's findings. The report even contained links to documentation about how houses work. I ended up renegotiating the offer to cover for major repairs that would have come out of my own pockets had I not gotten the home inspected by Michael. Michael's home inspection was invaluable and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    We are first-time buyers who, less than a month after we started looking, put a conditional offer on a house. Using the online interface we were able to book Michael for an inspection the next day. He was timely, very thorough, and answered our questions and our realtor's questions. Would definitely use again. Our realtor, who was not familiar with 4sight, was also impressed.

    Mike is amazing!

    Excellent service and very friendly staff. I am very satisfied with the service. Mike reviewed every single corner of the property to make sure everything is in order. He patiently answer all our questions with great detail and ensure no questions were left unanswered. The inspection report is also very detailed and provides recommendations for a well kept property. He even got the property winterized at no cost! I will definitely recommend 4Sight Inspections Inc to family and friends.

As for winterizing, it was necessary and it was just closing the exterior water bibs. only a few seconds but can easily keep pipes from bursting as it gets colder.     Excellent Service

    Micheal thoroughly investigated the property for us. He took about 2 hours, explained everything in detail and how to repair it, and was very enjoyable to work with. I would definitely recommend Micheal.

    Home Inspection

    I was very satisfied with my home inspection. Michael was very thorough and eager to talk about all aspects of the house, issue or not. The home inspection lasted approximately 3 hours for 2400 ft2. The end product was an 84 page report, within an hour of the inspection, complete with pictures of the property, issues, and diagrams of why it is a problem and what needs to be done to remedy the issues. We were able to use the findings from the inspection to have the seller correct issues prior to our purchase.

    Home Inspection

    I had a home inspection done by Chris. He was amazing! He knew I was concerned about the age of the house as well as knew I was new to the home inspection procedure. He was thorough in explaining everything he was looking at and why. He was extremely polite and arrived early! Very affordable cost for the service I received!

    Home Inspection

    I would like to say thank you to Chris for his recent home inspection. It was very thorough and throughout the inspection Chris took the time to explain the major issues with the property. We received the report the same day and our real estate agent said she was very impressed with the detailed report and she will be recommending the company from now on. I would also like to say thank you to Michael. When I called him he explained the procedure in great detail and answered all of my questions. Things went so smoothly from start to finish.

    Excellent work and hassle-free

    I needed a Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspection. Booking was easy and done quickly online. Michael was punctual and very informative. A report was sent back to us within a few hours. I would highly recommend 4Sight Home Inspections Inc.
