    Home Imspection

    I can’t say enough about the companies responsiveness and professionalism. We were in a tight spot and needed a last minute inspection. Michael was accommodative and didn’t rush the job at all. He gave us piece of mind with a few suggestions and we feel lucky to have had him look at our place.

    Great Service!

    Inspection was carried out very professionally by the inspector- Michael. He was on time and went through the inspection unrushed. I found him very knowledgeable as I discussed several aspects of inspection with him. I received a copy of the report the same day of the inspection, it was adequately detailed with photographs and description of the issues. Overall I'm quite satisfied with his service and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is looking for a great service at a very competitive price.

    Great work! Professional, informative, and friendly

    Mike was our home inspector. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. We were doing a pre-purchase home inspection and we felt that he was very thorough. He also stopped at several points and took the time to explain to us anything that required our attention as well as teach us about key aspects of the home that we should know (such as the furnace and the foundation etc) as new homeowners. We received our full home inspection report within about 45 minutes from the end of the inspection. Thanks Mike!

    Home inspection

    I booked the inspection online, and received a confirmation shortly after. I accompanied Michael while he inspected the house very throughly. He made sure all my questions were answered, and gave me estimates on how must it would cost to fix the major findings. I also like the fact that the prices are transparent on 4Sight's website, and there are no hidden costs. Highly recommended!

    Home Inspection

    My Home Inspection was performed by Chris. He was knowledgeable and personable and took the time to answer our numerous questions. I have no reservation recommending 4Sight to family and friends. David S.

    Clueless inspector

    I was disappointed with the inspection. Inspection revealed several problems. The inspector - Chris low balled repair/replacement costs. In retrospect I would say inspector not experienced enough. Give them a miss. I would have liked to have a more accurate idea of how much fixes would cost. Two days later have not received full report. Was advised on the day of the report that they were extremely busy. Seem more interested in a cash grab than doing a thorough job.

    Unfortunately, we have no record of a Carter in our system around the time you wrote this so we don't have the ability to review your report. However, for the points you have made here we can certainly respond. Simply put, we are home inspectors, not contractors. When we provide estimates on costs we always mention that fact and advise that you should get proper costs from a contractor. We do not provide costs in our reports for exactly that reason. We also always provide the report the same day as the inspection and we advise every client that it will be received the same day. If you did not receive it same day you should have contacted us. We would have been happy to resend. There is no cash grab here. We are experienced, educated and dedicated home inspectors who take pride in our work and provide knowledge about the home that you are buying. I do hope you enjoy your new home.     Home inspection

    Very satisfied with the inspection. Chris is paying attention to all the details and provides lot of information right on the spot if you follow him along the inspection. He knows his job. 2.5 hours of inspection.

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I are very satisfied with 4Sights Home Inspections Inc. I put in a service request online through homestars.com and got a response from Mike right away. He provided a reasonable price to do the job and included thermal imaging which most other companies charge extra for. Chris inspected our home-to-be with pride. He was patient, answered all our questions, took detailed notes and pictures and provided a report of his findings. We felt confident with Chris' expertise in the field which further provided us with the comfort in buying this home. Thank you Mike and thank you Chris. A wonderful experience and would recommend and use your services again in the future.

    Kawartha Lakes Home Inspection

    Chris came up to the Kawartha Lakes to do a thorough home inspection on the Monday of the August Long Weekend. 1700 square foot home, and Chris spent three and a half hours going over absolutely everything with us, including providing us his professional opinion. He spent over an hour in the basement alone, checking everywhere for moisture using both his moisture meter and thermal imaging camera. Highly recommend this service, thank you so much for everything Chris.

    Home inspection prior to purchase

    Superb attention to detail by a long in the tooth inspector, Chris. He knows his job. 2.5 hours of inspection. Great detail on every aspect of what needs work now, what will fail very soon, what safety & code issues existed.
