    Amazing Home Inspection!

    Michael was the ideal home inspector. He arrived on time and gave us the full rundown on how the inspection would play out. No need for notes on our end as everything would be covered in his report. He was extremely thorough (which was exactly what we needed when buying a century home), but not alarmist at all. If he spotted a small issue he was very quick to point out that while its something he needs to mention, it's not an urgent or expensive repair. He's been doing this for 30 years and his knowledge is quite apparent. He was very friendly and approachable throughout the process. His digital report was very organized and easy to navigate/understand. We were extremely satisfied with our inspection and would highly recommend Michael & 4Sight to anyone who asked! Mike & Josie

    Excellent service! Would recommend!!!!

    Michael was a referral through my real estate agent Jeannie crawford and boy am i glad we went with him! He was so knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. This is my first home on my own and I felt confident to proceed with my purchase and would recommend 4Sight inspections in a heartbeat!

    Pre- Purchase Home inspection

    We are looking to buy a 30 year old home. We had several misgivings about the age and the renovations done so needed an expert to check things out, Michael was awesome! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He not only provided us with an unvarnished report of the salient concerns the same day as the inspection, he also very patiently answered our subsequent questions the next day. We would recommend 4Sight inspections to all and we are glad that we had the 4sight to seek them out! Suman & Sandeep Milton

    1 Year Home Inspection (for Tarion form)

    My wife and I had Michael look over our first home to help us identify issues for our Tarion 1 year warranty form. He was professional, thorough, and very collaborative as he explained to us his findings with every floor he covered and helped flag for us what issues very more pressing to fix immediately vs those we should keep an eye on (e.g. he flagged for us that our AC installer used an incorrect wire to hook up the AC to the breaker - we now have the AC installer coming back immediately to correct this). After the inspection, he sent us a PDF report detailing his findings with explanations on why the things he flagged were issues and it also came with pictures - super helpful for us to transfer this onto the Tarion 1 year form. All in all, we were very pleased with Michael's work - he covered everything on the outside, basement and up to our attic - he was very informative and we gladly recommend his service to anyone who needs to have a good idea of the 'health' of their home.

    Very thorough inspection for first home

    We're in the process of buying our first home, and came upon 4Sight Inspections through a recommendation and an impressive resume and website presentation. Booking the inspection, signing the agreement and paying for it onsite after the inspection were all very efficient and easy. Michael spent just over 2.5 hours going over every nook and cranny of the 1750-sq ft house, and I accompanied him throughout the process. He recorded every area thoroughly and taking the time to answer the many question I had. He used a thermal imaging camera in every room, specifically along the wall/ceiling/floor/window joints. Michael took the time to explain the implications of everything noted in the extensive report, making sure I understood the historical variances in building codes and giving me insight into the updating requirements were we ever to renovate. The report was emailed to me about an hour after we left the property. Overall, I was very impressed with 4Sight Inspections, and would not hesitate to recommend them to any potential homebuyer.

    Best Inspectors in Town

    Chris helped me with my home inspection and being a first time home buyer I learned a lot about my house and how to maintain it. We were able to negotiate with the sellers on some of the things we did not know that could have costed us a lot of money.

    Home Inspection

    Your going to want to call these guys. Mike from 4Sight Home Inspections came out to do my home inspection today and was twice as good as what I would have expected. This guy was extremely thorough, confident in his advice, prompt, insightful, and dead honest. I don't think you will find anyone this good out there. There are a lot of crappy home inspectors out there, don't risk an investment this size on an amature. I could tell that Mike loved his job and was very good at it. He had all the tools, scanners and equipment needed to detect things that the human eye cannot see. His report was extremely timely and insightful. Not only does he give you an understanding of the homes current state, he also gives advice on things you should keep an eye on down the road.

    Home Pre Inspection

    This was our first inspection and we were nervous about any potential issues we would uncover. It was also freezing rain that day and we were worried that could impact the outside home inspection. Chris showed up early for the appointment and nothing dettered him from being very thorough! As he went through the inspection, he gave us tips on regular maintenance of the house, while also answering all of our other quetions. We received a very detailed and easy to understand report within hours, complete with pictures and diagrams explaining the issues and the importance of their repair. I'll be definitely be referring Chris to family and friends.

    Home purchase pre inspection

    Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable during our home inspection. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns during the home inspection and following after.
