    House inspection

    Michael and Cam inspected our new home. They were able to schedule it in very quickly, and did a very thorough job, and were great about answering all my questions.

    Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    Recently booked a home inspection for a new home. Mike was very punctual, extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The inspection was very thorough and help to address several deficiencies within the home. 10/10 reommendation!

    Professional services

    Very thorough

    We hired Michael to inspect the home we were purchasing, we are first time home buyers and didn't have any knowledge on what needs to be checked. Michael was very thorough on doing inspection, he explained all the things he was examining and the significance of each. He sent a detailed report at the end, we are very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him.

    Use this company for the best Home inspection

    Michael made everything seamless and gave us the peace of mind we needed before moving into our newly purchased home. He communicated efficiently and was upfront about costs. The inspection was thorough and we received a detailed report within a few hours. Throughout the inspection, Michael explained what he was looking for and with his approximate 30+ years of experience, he was clearly knowledgeable and professional.     Pre-Sale Home Inspection with fast, professional service!

    We are selling our home and wanted a pre-sale home inspection completed for prospective buyers as well as to identify any issues we needed to rectify. I contacted 4 Sight Inspections and they responded promptly. I booked an inspection for the next day and Michael arrived promptly at the reserved time. He completed the entire inspection with minimal intrusion as I was working from home. He was very professional and considerate throughout the process. When he was done, he took the time to review the main items on the report with me and has a portable terminal so I was able to pay on the spot. The best feature in my opinion is that the report was sent to me later the same day! I was able to send it out to some interested parties right away which was very helpful. In short, 4 Sight is an excellent company that puts a priority on professional, fast service. I highly recommend them!

    Recommended: Very detailed and diligent!

    Michael by referred by a friend and I had no earlier experience. He was on time, very detailed and took his time to go over all aspects of the house we were looking at. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail, big and small. He is also a very good person to talk to. I would highly recommend the services.
