    New patio door and basement windows

    Alex, and his Team replaced my patio door, and 4 basement windows. The handle for the door chosen turned out to not be the colour we anticipated. Alex told us to pick another colour and he would replace no charge, which we did. we were very satisfied with product, installation, and clean up. we would recommend.

    Excellent workmanship

    Eddy was very knowledgeable about his work and gave us good guidance. We are very happy with the choice we made.

    Windows and Doors

    Eddy, the sales rep was a pleasure to deal with, being very knowledgeable and experienced, he guided us through to our final choices which we are extremely happy with! Eddy and the team have been great from the start to finish. Excellent service, installed when promised.     New look windows and doors

    I've worked with New Look Windows and Doors for years as a contractor for my clients, and they now just installed a new high security front door on my personal home. Alex is great to deal with, and the team of installers are professionals with decades of experience. The products are high quality and there is a wide selection to choose from.     Basement windows

    For the second time, we asked New Look to work with us in replacing some windows, this time the basement windows. We were so pleased with our new front windows and front/back doors that it was an easy decision. As before, the onsite visit with Eddy happened promptly. From the beginning, communication with Eddy and Alex was seamless and professional and the installation happened exactly as promised. Pricing was competitive. Vova and Nadia did a wonderful job of the installation - lovely people who worked hard throughout their visit. The end result was exactly as hoped. We highly recommend New Look for your door and window needs.

    All windows and entrance door replacement

    Alex is very professional. He always showed up on time and prepared. All my questions were answered. The quote was a detailed, expertly prepared PDF file, listing all the windows with all the options. The actual job was done on time and of very good quality. Wholeheartedly recommend.

    Front doors

    Excellent job from start to finish! A wide variety of doors to choose from and Alex provided suggestions to fit within my budget and style I wanted. The installation was on schedule and the gentlemen were professional and polite, and cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend.

    Front Door Installation

    Very pleased with New Look Windows and Doors and our beautiful new front door! Communication was great, they came quickly for a visit and assessment and provided me a quote on the same day. They were able to provide exactly what we were looking for, a new modern upgrade to our builder original door. Alex was always very responsive during the process with my questions and follow ups and the installation was very well done and thorough. Very good attention to detail to make sure it looks perfect and we are obsessed with how it turned out! We would definitely contact them again in the future when it comes time to do our windows.

    Alex and his team were very professional, on time and answered all of our questions

    We were looking to redo our windows and doors as they were old and all warped and compromised. We shopped around and New Look was very informative and guided us through the process. We are vey happy with our new windows and doors
