    front exterior door replacement

    The crew was well experienced and efficient. they came on time and were friendly. They did a very good job and we are well pleased with the service from the start with the selection (from their showroom), cost estimate of the new door and then the installation. We plan to use them again for other work

    New Windows for Entire Home

    The team at New Look Windows & Doors were incredible. From the consultation process all the way through to the installation I could not be happier. Communication was excellent and the overall level of customer care was evident from every member of the team. I would not hesitate to confidently refer them to family and friends.

    The team that completed the retrofit of windows were very punctual, and completed the work on time and with quality.

    Great

    Our estimator sat with us to customize our windows exactly how we wanted. He provided a great quote for our 10 windows and door. We were able to visit the showroom to see the designs in person, which was great. The installation was completed in 1 day, which was great. Highly recommend.

    Replace existing Patio Door

    Working with this company was an absolute pleasure, both for the sales phase and the actual installation. The estimate provided was competitive and the final invoice contained no surprises. Installation happened on time and Alex did a beautiful job.

    Alex and his team have a great job to help us replace the door. He gave me clear introduction of the product, and his team finished whole job and cleaned up.

    Complete home

    We had several quotes and chose New Look because the quality of product and price seemed to fit our needs and customer reviews were excellent. We are not disappointed with our choice. The windows have now gone through a winter and look and function perfectly.

    Great news bedroom windows

    So glad we chose New Look to do our bedroom and bathroom windows! Everyone was wonderful to deal with, had excellent communication (both over email and phone) and made everything a smooth process. We're very happy with the windows; it's been over a month and they're perfect.. The installation team was fast, clean, and friendly. Highly recommend! And when we eventually do the rest of our windows, I'll be calling them again.

    Excellent Service

    I am very happy with the fair price, genuine sales pitch and excellent installation of our door. The sales person Alex came onsite and gave us a fair price on the door. The installer whose name is also Alex was responsible and efficient in the door installation. I am very happy with this company and would recommend them for their quality of work. Thanks!

    New doors and windows

    I am very pleased with the supply and install of doors and windows by New Look. Eddy was extremely helpful in outlining the various options, benefits and cost. True to his word the install was scheduled just 5 weeks from order. Thanks to Oleg and team the work was completed within a day. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company.
