Window replacement
Very professional, on time and helpful. The installation was seamless and he was so clean. Made sure everything was perfect and it was. Would highly recommend this company.

13 new wimdows retrofitted
New look windows and door from day 1 very very accommodating with all of our requests and concerns Eddy, our salesman was incredible. Eddy made the entire process effortless and flawless. He explained how the windows worked and what would work with our budget, always proming top quality products and service. Eddy and the new look windows and doors team did jist that. Always followed up with us, the installers came early and were all very efficient. They made sure everything was completed without issues, stationed all areas with tarps to make cleanup easier. We replaced 13 windows, various in sizes and every one of them look absolutely beautiful and stunning. Great workmanship and quality. There will be more windows to change and Eddy and the new look tram will habe my business again and will recommend to anyone who is looking for top quality products and swrvice

Windows replacement
I recently wanted to replace all my windows, and after getting several quotes, we decided to go with Newlook Windows. Not only their price was competitive, but also because Eddy did an amazing job to understand our real needs, and took time to explain every single option he was proposing, and why the improvement would make sense for us. The installers (Oleg and his team) were very friendly and did also an awesome job from taking the measurement to the installation of every single item. if you want a lawyer "just call Saul" ... but if you want a hassle free window installation, from a company that really takes care of its customers and their satisfaction ... you'll have to call Eddy

Front Door
New Look di a great job. As usually Eddy gave us a great qoute and keep us updated the entire time and was very helpful. Alex who installed the door was awesome very professional, and istalled the door like it was his owe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EDDY and New Look. Thanks.

Excellent service and installation! We received several quotes and new look windows and doors had the best price for our new windows. Highly recommend and would definitely use them for future orders!

Great experience and great new windows
Every interaction we had with New Look from start to finish was helpful and professional, and best of all, we love our new energy-efficient windows! We were new to the process and really trusted others' feedback in choosing, and we're glad we did. The quote was very fair, bringing a great product at an affordable value, and sent to us after a detailed and very courteous consultation beforehand. Very highly recommended!

Window and Door
I had such a great experience with New Look. Eddy was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was very friendly and personable and went through all the options with me. Allowed me to customize the windows to suit our specific need. He set expectations on how long it would take to get everything ready and was bang on. On the day of install, Alex showed up right on time that I was told he would come. Alex busted his butt off all day to get this done all in one day. He was very professional and has a great sense of humor. He took time to show me how everything was put in and how it all works. During the install it appeared that my ceiling fan might have been hit during the install and when I called it out, Eddy came out very quickly to deal with it. It turns out that it was not due to the installation and it was just coincidence as there was a loose bolt that caused the ceiling fan to come loose and drop a little. Even though it was not there issue, Eddy came by and fixed it up for us and told me what I would need to do if/when this happens again. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work that was done and would happily recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be giving them our business the next time we need windows/doors done.

Exterior Doors
This is our second time using New Look. Once again, Alex was easy to deal with and was easy to reach, the installation team was professional, and the new doors and windows look terrific. Recommended.
