    Front Door, Windows, and Patio doors

    I called Eddy to have a look at my windows and door since we were getting a lot of cold air coming in during the winter. He never tried to sell me on replacing all the windows. Instead, he recommended to replace some of the doors and windows that were letting draft inside. His crew came and worked an entire day and did an amazing job. The front door looks great and the patio door has been upgraded to let a lot more sunshine in (there is a before and after photo attached). There is also a lot less outside noise, which is a benefit I had not really thought about. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and I will not hesitate to call back Eddy when it's time to replace my other windows. I recommend New Look Windows & Doors to anyone that's in the market for replacements/upgrades.

    Professional, Efficient and Tidy Window Installation

    Eddy and his installation team were great to deal with from initial quote to installation. Eddy was lovely, fair and responsive. The install team worked efficiently while still taking good care of our home and keeping surprisingly clean throughout the installation process. We are very happy with the service and the product and have already reached out again for a quote on new doors. We will not hesitate to share New Look Windows and Doors with our friends and neighbours!

    New Windows

    From start to finish it was easy doing business with New Look. Very responsive sales team, tidy and fast installers. Special kudos to the team for working in yesterday's poor air quality conditions! We will use you again next year when we are ready to replace the rest of our 40+ year old windows! Thanks so much

    Window replacement

    Eddy was very knowledgeable and honest which provided us comfort with going with New Look. The price was very competitive and great installation team.

    Their work is impeccable

    I have to say that I am very impressed with this company and their product. Their was small challenge that I had and I was very worried for the outcome. But, I have to say that their product and service was EXCELLENT. The customized door is absolutely beautiful. The sales person who visited us gave us recommendations that we initially thought were excuses but, I must admit that his recommendations were 100% correct. And, I am so glad we listened to him. The team that came to fit the new door was prompt, friendly, and very efficient. They were in and out so quickly and did a wonderful job. Like I said before there was small issue but after looking at their service, quality of product, and professionalism, I must say that they deserve all the kudos for a job excellently executed.

    New doors and windows

    I had 2 windows and 2 doors installed, one being a garden door for the walkout basement. I couldn't be happy with the installation. The crew arrived on time placed floor mats down and cleaned up when the job was done. I highly recommend this company.

    New Windows & Doors

    We hired New Look Windows & Doors to replace approximately 50% of the windows in our home and one garden door last November 2022. I purposely waited to write this review to see how the installation and windows performed after one winter. Our drafts were gone, and our windows operated with ease. As a result, earlier this year we contacted New Look to replace the balance of our windows. From the onset Eddy and his team at New Look Windows were extremely attentive to our questions and concerns, explained the options available and provided advice which made us feel easy about our decision. The installation team (Alex and Vlad) were amazing. Both bring years of experience; they are masters of their craft from project set up; window removal & install; trim installation to clean up everything went smoothly. There have been some minor issues post installation that need to be addressed and New Look responded immediately and made the necessary adjustments without hesitation. We would strongly recommend you consider New Look Windows & Doors for your next window or door project.

    Windows replacement

    Thanks to the team of Alex and Edee my house has new and beautiful windows. The job was done in time. Despite of some technical difficulties they found solution and the installation was finished successfully. Thank you for your professionalism!

    Windows

    Old house windows since 1995 with terrible condition, we made decision to chose the New Look windows and doors to replace all windows, excellent product and service.
