    Repeat Customer

    I used this company for all new windows and doors 4 years ago and LOVED the service and products. I since moved and needed to replace all windows. It was a large job and with many difficult features, including special casing around the windows and a dome shaped window. Alex and his team went above and beyond to find matching casing. It was even installed in such a way that I don't have to paint the wall around - which is a huge bonus. The 3 installers were incredible! They worked efficiently and did not damage anything during the process. The windows look fantastic and I can already notice better temperature regulation. I recommend New Look Windows and Doors to everyone! You will be highly impressed by the service.

    Patio Door

    The company's communication was quick and timely from beginning to finish. They showed up on time for the installation, were courteous, efficient and clean. Would recommend.

    Love my doors

    My house is 100 years old and the new doors to my exact specifications were installed without issue and look and work great.

    Efficient Transparent and High Quality Service

    I approached several companies for estimates to replace my front and back door. We eventually chose New Look for our project, and they did a great job. Eddy was very transparent (no nonsense ha) and helpful with explaining pros and cons of different options. It never felt we were being pushed in any direction or being upsold etc. The interaction just felt incredibly genuine and it gave us great comfort moving ahead with his team. The doors were ready on schedule. The installation crew was on time and efficient, and helped me setup all the additional hardware I had bought (digital lock, video door bell etc.) with no additional cost. They could have done a slightly better job of cleaning up, but at the end of the day I am paying to get my doors installed, not my house cleaned, so I'm not going to really ding them for it. Overall great experience, I would recommend them to any family or friends.

    Door

    Alex and his team at New Look Window and Doors were easy to work with and delivered as committed. We were especially impressed by his responsiveness, patience and follow through. From product selection to installation, it was a seamless experience. Were happy with the new look of our door!

    Great job

    I needed 5 windows installed and Alex gave me a smooth experience from start to finish. The installers were professional and did a great job and my new windows look great.

    New Windows and Doors

    Have used New Look Windows and Doors to replace windows in a couple of houses as well as doors. Good quality windows, Alex is very organized, and teams are efficient in terms of time required to do installation. Have used them a few times, and will continue to.

    Sunroom sliding doors

    They did a great job. I love the fact the blinds are integrated and there was no mess left when they are done. The room looks great

    Replaced Sunroom Doors and Windows

    I would highly recommend New Look Windows and Doors. Their product and service exceeded our expectations. Eddy knows his stuff and he is great to work with - he provides solid advice and doesn't try to oversell. The windows and doors were installed ahead of schedule and the installation team were professional and courteous. Our Sunroom definitely has a new look and it's good!
