    Highly Recommended

    Eddy is very professional and easy deal with. Very knowledgeable and provides honest suggestions with designs. Installation by Alex was quick, efficient and done nicely. We are so happy with the front and back door. Truly, we highly recommend them for a job well done.

    Highly recommended!

    Would highly recommend this company for window replacements. Alex was quick to respond to questions and even accommodated my requested installation date. The install went smoothly - a large crew, so they were quick and efficient.

    New Windows and patio door

    Top notch service and follow through. This is the second time i am using them. Alex came and provided a quote, he was not the highest and not the lowest but I decided to go with New Look Windows because of the customer service, Alex provided the quote for 16 windows and a patio door and took his time to explain everything to me. I had many questions and Alex would always answer immediately. The installers Vladmir and Alex were great, with the install being done quickly and everything cleaned up as they went. The finishing was done beautifully. i am very happy with my new windows. Thank you to the team at New Look Windows and Doors I would definitely recommend New Look Windows and doors to anyone. looking to replace their windows and doors

    Front and back door replacement

    We needed our front and back door replaced and contacted New Look for the service. Eddy was very prompt in replying and setting up a meeting with us. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in determining which doors would be best in each place. The crew showed up promptly, and did a great job to complete both doors in a few hours, cleaned up majority of the work site (just a few dusty areas to sweep after). We are thrilled with the look and seal of the doors so far...they are so much more solid than our previous ones. Already had many neighbors comment on how lovely the door looks! Sincere thanks to Eddy and the crew for doing a very good job for us.

    New doors

    Alex and his team were great. Alex was nothing short of professional and honest, I really appreciated his time and the way he communicated the details and timing. No surprises and the doors all look great, especially our front door that totally transforms our entry way, back door and balcony door. I highly recommend Alex and his team, great experience and would definitely call him again in the future

    Window replacement

    I recently had a brick to brick install of all the windows on my house. Did a lot of research , not just the companies but learning about windows and contacted 5 companies. Wont get into all the details but I had negative experiences with the other four. Alex and New Look was great to work with. He knows windows and makes suggestions for the best application. After we had verbally agreed to a deal he came to my house to sign the contract, I requested the addition of some trim{ Backbend }that might be needed on two of my windows. In the end it wasnt needed ...the casing they supply is thick enough...but he put it in the contract no additional charge... He is just easy to work with The installers were great as well. You could tell they took the time to do the job right.. used quality insulation foam and caulkings in the install. Can not say enough good things about New Look Windows...Great Job

    They look perfect!

    We just had the windows installed on Friday and we love them, even though it has only been a day with them. The installer's were nice and professional with all that they did and it didn't take that long to install all the windows. Excellent customer service and installation. Professional and on time Thanks

    New Windows

    Alex S., the manager, came twice to our house and showed us the various options available. He was very prompt in replying to any questions we had over email. The 3-man crew did an excellent job in installing 5 windows. They knew what they were doing. They cleaned up everything afterwards, and even swept our driveway of any debris.

    New Exterior Door

    We hired New Look Windows & Doors to replace our back door. They provided options to fit our budget, and made the whole process simple. Installation was quick, and very professional. Highly recommended!

    Bay window by New look Windows and Doors

    After meeting several installation companies, I chose New Look Windows and Doors for the 2-story bay window installation because Alex was responsive, friendly and their price was competitive. I only talked to installers who do Vinyl Pro windows. Installation was performed as scheduled. Oleg and team worked non-stop from arrival and cleaned up thoroughly after. They were polite and professional. Oleg also helped clean up the higher-level glass, showed us how to operate the windows and told us to let it dry in 2 days. Hopefully there would no issues going forward but in the event there is I feel like I can rely on their service. I am very happy with their service and would strongly recommend.
