    Front Door Replacement

    We replaced our old original double doors with a new single door and side lites. 2 workers showed up on time on the agreed upon date. They were ready to work, professional, and they did an excellent job. A few minor details to mention - One, they installed the handle that I ordered incorrectly. Two, the inside of the door has a problem with the finish which looks like a defect from the manufacturer. Alex, the sales manager has assured me that they will take care of it. Speaking of Alex, he was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend New Look Windows and Doors.

    Replaced 2 doors

    Great experience working with New Look Windows & Door from the moment we've met Alex that explained what options we have to replace a balcony door and a backyard sliding door to the time we had them installed. He walked us through the options and the work involved and what would be best for our situation. The crew that came to install the doors were very careful to protect the inside of the house during the work. They've removed the old doors and installed the new ones and made sure that everything aligns and we're satisfied with the work. We've opted for one door for the miniblinds and they look awesome.

    Glass Replacement

    Excellent and quick estimate by Alex. The order was ready quicker than expected. The crew came and made an excellent and clean work. Very satisfied!

    Main Entrance Door, Patio Door and 12 Windows Replaced

    Wanted to wait a few weeks after installation to make sure everything is working properly and no issues arose before posting a review - I can now comfortably say that we are extremely happy with the job New Looks Windows & Doors did with our installation. Alex the sales person was polite and clear with the costs, there was no pressure to purchase. It took some time to figure out the precise install date but that's to be expected in these difficult times. Once a date for the install was settled on, Ivan and his associate arrived on time and started working right away. We have a unique situation and Ivan worked around it with ease - that was really appreciated. The crew came back the next day to finish things up and everything went smoothly. We have an alarm system so holes needed to be drilled for the existing wires to pass through. The alarm company needed to come by and re-attach the sensors. Because of the great job Ivan and his helper did, that part of the process was easy and the alarm company was able to get our alarm system back up and running in no time. The front entrance, patio doors and all windows look great. We are really happy with how things turned out. After our experience with New Look Windows & Doors I can without hesitation recommend them to anyone else looking to have their windows replaced or upgraded. Super job Alex and Ivan. Thanks so much!!!

    Front door

    Amazing work done. The guys were working very professional and fast. They cleaned everything up when the work was done. I am so happy and recommend everyone.

    Doors

    I could not be any happier with this company! The service was exemplary! The finished product was beautiful! These guys are top of the line professionals. The representatives were always available when I called, any time of the day and all weekends! I would highly recommend this company for your home needs ! Do yourself a favour and call them!

    Main door upgraded

    We are starting a home reno and one of our musts was a nice solid door to replace the builders. Alex came and in our first sit down we were able to view a good selection. No pressure selling and we had a great selection to choose from and Alex was very patient in taking us through the options and benefits. He made a commitment on date of delivery and he did not let us down. We love the door and service overall with the team he sent to install. Fair price and excellent service and quality.

    French Doors

    We wanted to change our old sliding doors to French doors. We contacted a number of other contractors, but they were either double the cost or told us the doors wouldn’t be available until 2021. I contacted New Look and Alex gave me a realistic timeframe of 8-10 weeks and he was spot on. The job was completed quickly and exactly the way we wanted. Next up is our front doors and we will definitely be using New Look windows and doors again.

    window and doors replacment

    The design of the windows and doors are formal and solid. The installation worker had professional manner for doing their jobs at client home. They also clean out all the garbage. After all, I can hear less noise from outdoor. This is a pleasant shopping journey.
