    Basement windows and side door replacement

    Work was done quickly. Workers were quiet and very un-invasive - you barely realized they were around. The work was well done. They did our upstairs windows before and it was very much the same experience. A Sales rep was professional- to the point- which we appreciated.

    Windows and doors.

    I am very satisfied with this company. Very competent. Work was done on time. The workers clean up after the job was done. Will recommend them to other clients. Keep up the good work.

    Front Door Replacement

    I first communicated with Alex through email in which he responded quickly. I then met with Alex a few months back and he answered all my question with regards to replacing my front door. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The two gentlemen that came to install the door were on time and completed the work within a couple hours. I am very happy with their work and the fact that they cleaned everything up and took away the old door. My wife and I are very happy with the final product. We would recommend New Look Windows and Doors.

    Front and back doors

    This has been one of the best experience I’ve had with a vendor. Product was even better than I expected. Very professional from beginning to end. I would recommend and use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Alex and team!!

    The Handyman of New Look Windows and Doors did an excellent job with their installation and kept the area cleaned after their job.

    Windows and Doors Replacement

    I am writing to highly recommend New Look Windows & Doors and to express my happiness regarding the new look of our home. First, I would like to mention that I chose New Look Windows & Doors from 7 different quotes based on honesty, trust, excellent customer service, and based on the great other reviews. Another important note is that Alex, the project manager, was not pushy at all in trying to sell. We had 10 windows replaced (3 in special shape), a patio door, and the entrance door; everything was done ‘brick to brick’. The experience was just great: from the beginning, Alex carefully listened to my wants/wishes and addressed everything coming up with suggestions. He answered all my questions (I had a list) regarding the entire project and details, he made himself available outside of regular working hours to discuss with me additional changes I decided to make. Everything run smoothly, on schedule, and on budget. The crew was always very punctual, polite and willing to help, did work really really hard, cleaned everything after, and did a great job overall. In summary, I am extremely pleased with the final product and the experience was outstanding. Very reliable! Do not hesitate to contact them for a quote!

    front door

    We met with Alex a few months ago, discussed and ordered what was suitable for our front door, sidelight windows plus a screen door. Two workers came and installed the new doors and windows in several hours, cleaned everything up and took away the old window and doors. I am particularly happy that the bar in the screen door doesn't obstruct the storm door window and detract from the appearance of the door. We would recommend New Look Windows and Doors.

    Window installation

    Good quality, windows, professionaly installed by friendly employees, showed up at promised time, cleaned up when done and re hung blinds for us, my wife a d I were very happy with New look

    New windows installed.

    I am super impressed with this company. Alex was a pleasure to work with. Huge job on new window installation. Approximately 20 windows. From the beginning to the end, honest, hardworking, reliable. Excellent service and job well done. Very happy with our new windows. Thank you!!!

    Great price, good work.

    I got a couple quotes for a new front double door and frosted glass window. Alex gave me a MUCH better price, and was very knowledgeable. The door and window were installed well, and we are very happy. The only issue we had is that the workers took down a bunch of framed pictures that were high up the walls in our front hall, and left without putting them back up. It was difficult to get them back up.
