Front & Patio Door
They were most reasonable and efficient. Entire project was completed to our satisfaction. Sales, presentation, timelines, installation and clean up after all were expectation exceeding. We had a couple of details that we wanted in our doors and all of those were met without a glitch.

Front and rear door replacement
New Look did a great job from helping us to get the type of door we wanted, to answering questions prior to installation, to the installation itself. Alex was very helpful and always got back to us promptly when we contacted him. The installers were quiet and kept the area very clean while they worked. The doors look fantastic and so far we are impressed with the quality and the seal (air was leaking around the door we had previous to this). Would definitely recommend New Look.

New window installation
New Look Windows and Doors were fantastic from start to finish. The sales staff were easy to talk to and deal with and very reasonable with pricing for the quality of the product. After receiving quotes from multiple companies, we decided to go with New Look Windows and Doors, not only because of price but because we felt most comfortable with them. The installers were professional, quick and answered any questions we had. The windows we received were exactly as we expected. Highly recommended this company. It was a pleasure!

We are very happy with the overall job done that is replacement of windows in our home by Alex Strimling and his team. They are very knowledgeable shows pictures and explains everything that anyone can understand. Job well done would recommend as needed! Thanks you!

Windows & Doors installation
We contacted New Look Windows & Doors for our renovation. We changed 2 doors and 10 windows, and so glad that we did! It has completely transformed our home. Our neighbours were just wowed! All windows and doors are top quality, and the service is also top notch! Alex, the sales manager, is extremely responsive and organized. Our quote was very detailed, with no surprises along the way. The installation team was very detailed, organized, and efficient. This is the second time my husband used this company, and will absolutely not be the last.

Windows and Doors
Great company with exceptionally honest workers. Finished product is beautiful. No issues with any of the windows and doors. Definitely recommend this company and the price is also reasonable with a multitude of options

Seven windows replacement
New Look Windows and Doors replaced 7 of my windows. The windows itself are great. Super quality. The installation was very professional and thorough. The guys are just simple great. Sliding Patio Door
We got a patio door put in, replacing a bad (amateur) window-conversion from the previous homeowner. This was a difficult, retro-fit install, with brick work, added limestone sill, and interior re-framing. New Look tackled the project without hesitation. The door was installed solid and square, properly inset to the wall, as though it were original to the house. Excellent, professional work. The weather sealing was also done with careful attention to detail. Not all door and window companies will do these retrofit jobs, so it was great to deal with Alex and his team. I will easily recommend New Look to anyone who asks.

Window replacement
It's been a great experience working with both Alex (Sales Manager) and Alexei (Installer). The windows arrived per plan and the installation crew showed up on pre-arranged time. Everything is done perfectly. Highly recommended if you're looking for a company represent good window manufactory with good product and value. I've compared 5 different companies and this one came ahead both in the window quality and pricing. Now the installation crew also proven to be fantastic.
