I changed all windows and doors with this company in 2 jobs. Both jobs went very well, appreciate the professiomalism and hassle free service. I would call them for any job.

Replacement of all windows
Alex was really great and knowledgeable of the products. Price was also really reasonable. The team that installed my windows did a fantastic job. I am definitely happy with the results and would reccomend.

New Door and window
Very pleased with Alex and his team and with the service provided. Professional, knowledgeable, timely and quality product. We met with several companies before deciding to go with New Look; communication was excellent, price was competitive, and quality is exactly what we hoped for and expected. Thank you New Look!

replaced windows
We've had 10-tripled-pane glass windows replaced by "New Look Windows and Doors," for the total cost of $8,500. These windows are white vinyl, solid, durable looking and aesthetically pleasing from the inside, but haven't yet had a chance to experience and appreciate the qualitative benefits of the touted "cooler" in the summer by keeping out the infrared rays (it's the middle of July), and the "warmer" in the winter by keeping the heat indoors and preventing the colder drafts from entering the home. However, my only displeasure, existential angst is the caulking at the corners of the exterior metal framing, in which some of the verticals and horizontals metal-framing were cut too short; thus, in an effort to hide these uneven holes, too many unsightly globs of caulking were used to cover these mistakes. Moreover, dealing with Alex was always a pleasure; he's an utmost, consummate professional in every aspect and circumstance of my dealing with him, and the installers (Alex, and Yuri) were very professional and did their best to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities, albeit, the globs of unsightly caulking. I hope I can get this rectified.

All my windows in the house were replaced
Their work was excellent they're very knowledgeable and explain everything to you. Alex is fantastic person very honest and when they gave the date they were there. They gave me 3 days and headed down in 2 days

Windows& Oatio door replacement
I got few qoutes from other companies but I did not like the prices or reviews about them. Then I Came across Newlook with great reviews which made me doubt it is too good to be true. Decided to give it a try. Alex showed up, was very kind & ready with answers for every question, concern or fear. The price was the best I could get. I Signed the contract same week & got my beautiful windows & patio doors on July 5th. Roman & Eugene; the installers, are very pleasent to deal with. They are very fast & efficient. Finished the whole house in one day. Cleaned up inside & outside the house. Left the house as clean as possible. Alex & his team are the greatest contractors . I would recommend them to everyone. Alex makes himself available all the time for questions. He is honest & products they install is high end. Iam happy I came across Newlook

New windows and doors
Alex and his team of installers were fantastic. We had a few windows that we wanted to change the style of and Alex's knowledge of how to complete the job correctly was great. The attention to detail on the install was spectacular and we are very pleased with the outcome of everything. We had a total of 18 windows and doors replaced. New Look easy to work with, they do what they say and completed the job as outlined.

New Window installation
Alex was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. He explained everything so patiently and responded to any of my emails immediately, regardless of Day/Time. The installers were very hardworking and got the job done quickly.

Sliding glass doors
The doors came when they were promised and were installed efficiently and correctly. The workplace was left clean-ish.
