    New entrance and back doors installation

    Our experience was very positive. From the very first moment I contacted the salesperson (I had found them on HomeStars, along with 3 other companies we had gotten quotes from in the selection process), throughout the communication and up to the installation and even post the installation. All the people we were in touch with are friendly, nice, knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, punctual, always reachable and approachable for questions. It was a smooth sailing and work was done as promised and on time without excuses, aha moments, apologies for inconvenience or any other side effects of some contractors. Quality for these people is not just a fashionable buzzword. Quality is in small things. And we are picky customers. Trust is not earned very easily and is a combination of multiple factors. The employees of this company and their products have definitely earned our trust. We now have two quality doors and we do not regret our choice for either the materials or the company. We think the product and experience are well worth the money. I would highly recommend the company.

    Entry Door

    I contacted New Look Windows and Doors and a few other companies for quote. Alex promptly came to our place and was very kind and professional clarifying all our questions about the door style, material, lock, etc. The door installation happened according to the plan and his team was very professional during the installation. New door looks amazing. I highly recommend Alex and his team.

    Entry door and windows

    When almost all the other companies asking me to take picture, do the measurement and send them to do a "rough quote", and telling me "we will go from there". Alex made a appointment with me right away, very straight forward, good advise and decent price. The installation went smooth too, Roman and his crew worked really hard, cleaned up nicely after, my new entry door looks amazing! P.S with the government rebate, these energy efficiency windows are such a deal!

    Very good serviced provided and professional job done

    Alex is very kind and helpful in providing services and promptly responses to every question we have. Roman is one of the kind professionals with proficient skills in window installation. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking to get your window replaced.

    Windows

    The whole team did an excellent job. We've sent them to a couple of people as they did great work, had great communication and delivered as promised. Very smooth easy and great to deal with. We worked with Alex and we're very happy with the work he did and the team that came to install did a great job and took pride in their work.

    Great service, fast and efficient

    We used Alex for the job and are very happy. We had 3 windows replaced and as well as a sil beneath it. The workers came to install ontime, and were very fast. Alex was in constant communication with us, and very informative on the pros and cons to choosing certain windows/materials over others. The men who came to install were very nice, and efficient.. we thought it was going to be a 2 day job but it only was 1. We were so happy with their work that we just ordered a new back door and our bathroom window. Hard to find trust worthy people in this city to help and I would definitely recommend them! Also, they know how to submit the GreenON application for rebates which is also a perk. Thanks for all your help Alex!

    Windows

    I have to cancel my order with New Look Windows due to scheduling on my part. Got a full refund of my deposit back. Alex Strimling of New Look Windows is one great guy to deal with.

    Great Job

    I used this company twice now. Both times, they did a great job and above and beyond. Very professional! They replaced all my windows and doors. Transformed the look of my house. I would highly recommend these guys.
