My wife and I had New Look Windows and Doors replace large window. The window was a particularly large 5 casement bow window. The windows we got are a great product that came with a lifetime warranty and New Look installers really took the time to do a thorough and excellent installation. Our house is an older home and as expected, some things do not necessarily end up true and square and you can encounter some surprises when things are opened up, the installers really took their time to make sure any adjustments were made for a perfect installation, I never felt that the work was rushed and that their installation team really cared.I would not hesitate to recommend New Look Windows and Doors.

We have to describe our experience with the installation that was just recently done in our house. We were extremely happy with how the entire project was carried out and the end result is equally very impressive. After thorough consideration we decided to go with brick-to-brick installation, it was recommended to us by a sales person who was never too pushy.We also wanted special laminated glass for extra security and noise suppression.We were quite pleased with installer's professionalism, how the windows were installed and how they vacuumed around the windows after installation was done. It took them two days to do all the windows .The inside finish is in wood because we wanted to keep our old shutters and installers had to custom cut wood trim around our windows. Workmanship was efficient and precise and the end result is as if the old shutters were custom made for our new windows.We are looking forward to the hot summer because all our windows come with a special coating and gas between glass and we expect our air conditioner to work less. We have no hesitation in recommending the entire team from NEW LOOK to anybody who is looking to put new windows in their house.

The price was very competitive which was the end reason we chose them but the product is great and the installation was fast and professional.
