    Glass replacement

    We were happy with the service we got from New Look windows They were friendly and had a great variety. Installation was quick and clean as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows.

    New windows and Doors

    We had all the windows in our house replaced with vinyl windows and our sliding patio door and front door. Alex was very easy to work with...he made everything extremely clear and he really knows his product! My husband and I are incredibly happy with the way everything turned out. From the initial contact with New Look right up to our installation team...awesome people! They were very professional and considerate of all our concerns. The installers were hard working and precise with their work. It's been a very good experience, thank you.

    Front and back doors

    New Look did an exceptional job in replacing our font and back door entry system. The product is beautiful, well made, the crew is very knowledgeable and professional and kept a clean work site. The customer service delivered by Alex is excellent and noticeable. New Look is highly recommended.

    Windows and Door

    I have to say we were very nervous initially, as I think everyone is with a big purchase that affects your home. Having said that, we were very happy with the whole process. The installers were cautious to protect the floors, were very careful to clean up debris, and did a an excellent job. We’re still shocked with how quickly they worked. We were very happy to see such a large crew on site given the questionable weather. The windows look great! I’m also very glad you stopped in to check up on things. I think it helps cut through the stress a bit when you know the job is being monitored and the Sales rep and person doing the measurements are back the day of install. Overall we’d be happy to recommend your company in the future. In fact we’re already planning to contact you again in 2016 to replace the few remaining windows we didn’t switch out during the initial install.

    Full house windows and doors

    I was very happy in choosing New Look for my windows. Alex did a great job explaining the windows in detail and walking us through the process of installation. The windows were installed in a timely manner and the final product looks great! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Alex and the rest of the New Look team.

    Windows and door

    Service was exceptional in all aspects from the office staff and installers. We had our windows and front door replaced in the entire house and it was the best investment we've made. Our Sales Representative was professional and very knowledgeable. The installers finished within two days. They disposed of all remaining debris, cleaned and demonstrated all the features of the windows. Without hesitation we would recommend New Look!

    Front and Back doors

    We recently had a new entrance door with side lites and patio door installed by New Look. Alex took the time to answer all my questions and provided helpful suggestions and advice in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Installers did a wonderful job of installation and clean up. Thanks to both. I would highly recommend New Look.

    Whole house windows and doors

    Knowing that we needed to replace the windows and door in our home, we had several companies come and give quotes. New Look Windows were the best! Alex came in the evening at a time that was suitable for us. He was quiet and patient while he showed us his product. The team that came to install the windows worked quickly and effciently and finished the job in the appropriate time with clean up! I have already been spreading the word about the great service that we received!

    New Windows

    Two years ago New Look replaced windows in the front of my house and now they did the back of the house and some siding work.I was extremely impressed with the quality of my new windows from New Look Windows and Doors. Alex is a great guy to deal with. He is professional and on time with his appointments. He took the time to explain the different options available to me and which option was best suited for my budget and household.. He followed up afterwords to see how the installation went and if I was happy with the new windows.Also, the entire installation crew was excellent. I would highly recommend Alex and New Look Windows and Doors!

    Whole house windows and Doors

    Thank you for the excellent service! We are happy with our experience dealing with your Company. Your installers in our home were fantastic and our project was very neatly executed. Alex the representative we worked with was very nice to deal with he was very friendly and professional. They were thorough and responsive to all our needs. The job was done in 2 days and the price is the price - no surprises. They cleaned up after the install and I am looking forward to saving money on my heat & cooling bills now. I would recommend New Look Windows and Doors every time.
