    Entry door

    I highly recommend NEW LOOK WINDOWS AND DOORS.I solicited a number of quotes and was immediately impressed with professionalism and genuine interest in helping and advising us on finding the best solution. The job was completed on schedule as promised and the installation workmanship was particularly impressive.The new door has improved the appearance of our home markedly both outside and in.     Patio door

    Provided excellent service, very very satisfied with my patio door & interior trim. Alex was great to deal with and the customer service very professional and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them to friends/family and of course we would gladly use their service again if needed. Thank you.

    New windows

    I was so happy with our new windows and especially with the Bay windows. They were punctual and got the work done quickly in spite of running into unexpected problems. I cannot say enough good things about dealing with the company and the crew. The quality of the windows is great and the quality of the installation team was awesome. We would recommend New Look Windows anyone who is looking for good service and quality.

    Fiberglass Door

    This is a company that represents quality and service...hands down!! From the online request followed by an immediate call to set up an appointment, to the measurements taken a week later and to a perfect install with superb workmanship and clean up!! No other company came close and we were extremely happy.We highly recommend New Look and will use them again for future projects.

    Front Door and Patio Door

    Highly recommended! The company just completed Entry door and 10 ft patio Door with miniblinds. absolutely wonderful job! three guys Roman and his team are fast and clean, very polite and friendly. After completion of the job all areas around stayed clean. I noticed big difference in a comfort of my house- warm and beautiful look with high technology doors. The sales person Alex is a very honest and knowledgeable, professional, gives very clear explanations of all details. This company is very honest, if they promise to give a discount in their flyers, they follow without increasing regular prices (very important for your wallet!) We'll strongly recommend New Look to all our relatives and friends.

    Patio door with blinds

    We had 3 in-house quotes on a DOOR REPLACEMENT job. The New Look group stood out in terms of making an initial knowledgeable, detailed proposal, paying careful attention to answer our questions. The installers arrived on time, and were meticulous, efficient and friendly during the install period. A totally satisfactory experience - would recommend and use this company again.

    Full House windows and doors

    Immediately we notice noise from the outside and the hit are not coming in. our sales rep explained everything to us. He even came back after the installation that everything was done right and installed properly. The installation crew came and did the job properly and efficiently. Cleaned up the place after the install. My family and I are very happy with our choice to go with New Look Windows & Doors

    Front and back doors

    Great company, fantastic product, very easy & smooth sales visit from Alex Strimling who followed up throughout installation. The crew was timely, clean, polite, and most importantly, did an AMAZING job! One of the most impressive things I found about New Look was that once they committed to dates (like for the initial appointment, measurements, then installation), they stuck to it, and made sure that they fulfilled their commitments. I find some contractors to be wishy-washy at times, but these guys were not! By the way, throughout all of our installations, Alex was always following up with us to make sure we were satisfied, and checking on whether we had any questions, concerns, etc... Excellent customer service! We will recommend them to everyone!We will absolutely be using New Look Windows and Doors for any future projects.

    Two windows and Patio Door

    We were pleased with the quality of product during our installation. The Installers were knowledgeable and they took the time required to install our WINDOWS AND DOOR. Post installation garbage was cleaned up quickly and kept to an organized minimum. The windows and door look fantastic and we are pleased with our installation. A couple issues observed: I did not appreciate that one of the installers decided to smoke in my backyard while waiting to put in my door. My son has extreme sensitivity to smoke and I felt that if a break was required that is absolutely acceptable however it is not acceptable to smoke on my property. Another issue is I would have likes the installers to where something over their work boots rather than walking around my home with their shoes on. Again when u have small children who are constantly on the floor putting things in their mouth it's difficult to deal with. However, the product, installation and cost were very competitive and I would refer New Look Windows to others.

    Front and back windows

    Everyone associated with the purchase and installation were helpful, professional and concerned with our satisfaction. Their attention to details and neatness are to be commended. The sales person Alex took time to explain every detail and was available to answer any questions we had. We had two installation group for the windows . Both were extremely good(10 out of 10 ). They cleaned up after and checked to see if we were satisfied. The installations were followed by a call and a visit from the sales manager to see if we were totally satisfied. It was a pleasure to deal with New Look and would highly recommend them. We are very happy with the product and the service. They delivered over our expectations and we are giving them another contract.
