    Front and Back Door

    We have been researching forever, in hopes of finding the 'right' company we wanted to leave our trust with. Finally, after meeting with Alex, and feeling confident in his words, we picked New Look. Alex was so patient with y husband and I, along with my bossy dog. We are excited to have the team start work and will keep you all posted with an AFTER review.

    New Windows

    I found New Look DOORS AND WINDOWS truly outstanding and professional. Not only was the pricing excellent but equally and almost more important customer service was beyond what I've come to expect. I was dubious of the usually lip service one would get as a consumer. It was important for us to get the windows in on a specific date due to the time sensitivity of other TRADES. New look diligence and follow up insured the windows met the installation date and relieved any worries we had. Installers did a great job building the BAY window in a professional and timely manner. Thank you and keep up the superb work!

    Windows and doors

    New Look replaced windows for a friend of mine and they were so happy with the job that was done.They recommended New Look to us. My experience with New Look Windows & doors has been great. Alex came and gave a great very informative quote. He was very knowledgeable. I received a competitive price for all my windows and DOORS. I was made aware of their product and how it stood up against the competition. He advised me of what I could expect from the windows etc. It was a big project and the installers did a fantastic job.We are very happy and would definitely recommend New Look Windows and Doors to our friends and family.

    All our Windows

    Of the 3 companies we reached out to for estimates, New Look was our favorite. Alex was very patient and knowledgeable. This helped to reassure us that we were dealing with a company that knew their windows. Roman and his team arrived on time and installed all the windows within one day. My NEW WINDOWS are beautiful! We will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!

    New Windows and Doors for House

    We got estimates from 4 different companies. New Look salesman, Alex explained everything thoroughly. Their price was competitive with others, so the main reason we picked this company was reviews on sites such as this. We were getting all the windows and doors in the house replaced, so it was a big job. We were told that the windows would be ready in 4 to 6 weeks, and this was right on. We made the appointment and Date, the installers were there as scheduled. I was impressed by the way and the care the windows and door were installed. And something else that you don't see very often:New Look kept me informed all the way and followed up to make sure I was happy with their service.Would highly recommend to my neighbors/friends. Thank you New Look, keep up the good work.

    Windows Replasement

    The entire experience from start to finish was informative,helpful and enjoyable. The sales consultant, was most helpful in his approach. He displayed the knowledge and confidence of a real professional without the pressure displayed by some of his competitors. The all windows fit perfectly - no shimming, filling, or covering up with extra trim. I was amazed at how well they fit in the existing openings. The crew was quite professional in their approach to the job, ensuring the area was as clean as possible.. They did a fantastic job!We highly recommend New Look Windows and Doors to everyone.

    Doors and porch replacement

    We were in the market for replacement doors and decided on New look after having their sales representative give us a quote. Not only did he take the time to explain their products, he also brought numerous samples so that we could see the actual products. He worked with us and showed us the options available and gave us the best possible price. The installation team was great and they completed the job on time and cleaned everything up at the end. I wish all the home renovations we have done could have gone this well. I'll recommend New Look to anyone. A great company with great people!

    New Windows

    From the beginning the sales representative presented all of the options that were available for our replacement windows including types, styles and environmental options. The windows were delivered on time and the installation crew were extremely customer focused and friendly. I'm already recommend New Look to my friends.

    Entry Doors

    I had received other quotes and decided to choose New Look because the entire outfit was very professional from a prompt appointment being scheduled to a very knowledgeable salesman who visited me. Installation went smoothly, the installers worked quickly and efficiently while keeping their work area very clean.

    Cut out and Door instaalation

    We"re repeat customers and have hired New Look to cut out existing door and make door with sidelite.This company is in a league of its own! Nothing but good things to say about their price, installation, knowledge and service. This company sets the bar and are an excellent company to do business with if you are considering replacing your windows and doors. I wish all companies would service their customers like New Look.Thanks New Look for such a great job!
