    Fiberglass Door

    From the initial meeting and quote to the sizing and install, their customer service, knowledge, and workmanship has been superb!!Your product knowledge as well as your patience and willingness to work with us to find just the right door to match our taste and style of our home is very much appreciated. Whenever anyone makes this sort of investment into their property, you always hope that it turns out to be a good experience and that it looks great when it’s all completed. I can honestly say that we are very happy with the new look. Thanks again for the great work and please pass on our sincere thanks to your installers for us as well.

    ENTRY DOOR

    We've used New Look Windows & Doors in replacing our Entry Door.The sales rep was very kind and helpful. He helped us choose the style and the type of our door. The installation went beautifully. The installers are clean, neat, organized and professional. After the installation, we had a small issue with the door and we called New Look and 2 days later, Alex came to our home and solved the issue for us so quickly that we felt like there was no issue to begin with. Thank you, New Look!

    Windows replacement

    Before moving personal residences in November, 2013 I hired New Look replace three windows which were particularly old and drafty. I was so favourably impressed by the friendly and efficient service and quality of windows I received that I hired New Look to replace all of the remaining windows at my residence. The service was super, and the windows were so energy efficient.The workers were friendly and polite, and they were naturally sensitive to such things as removing their shoes when working inside the home and cleaning up after themselves.Everything was perfect from the product, installation to delivery. We were very happy with New Look and would highly recommend them.

    Windows and doors Replacement

    We recently had all of the windows and Doors changed in our home and we are very satisfied with the quality of the service and the products provided.Delivery and installation occurred on time as per the original quote and the installation team were friendly and knowledgeable. The windows and doors look great, outside noise has been reduced and drafts have been eliminated. I would recommend Alex and his team to my friends and family.Great JOB

    Patio Door Replacement

    My experience with the Sales Rep was very pleasant, he took the time to explain everything and I did not feel pressured to accept his quote. All the staff, from the salesperson to the installers, are professional, friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the product and the service.

    Full house windows replacement

    We recently had all the windows in our house replaced by New Look Windows and Doors.And we have nothing but good things to say about the experience -- the rep from New Look first of all was very thorough in explaining to us all the options, the advantages of certain windows over others, etc. They were very professional from the start, with the scheduling and all of that, and then most importantly the quality of the window installation itself is just flawless... the windows are beautiful and the way they've been installed looks just perfect. They would definitely be the first company we'd recommend to family and friends, no questions.

    Front and Back Door

    UPDATE: now only a few months later the door handle is falling off because it was installed in a shoddy way. The person from this company who did my doors was a complete HACK! I was referred by a friend to New Look windows and Doors, I must say I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The installers showed up several hours late, and as such could not finish the job that day. The one installer came back the next weekend and did an absolutely awful job finishing the doors. The work was just substandard. They came back a third time to fix the job, and again were over an hour late. They did fix the job to my satisfaction, and to Alex' credit, he did give me back $300. However, when I hire a company I expect them to be on time, and to do the job right the first time. Unfortunately I would not recommend them.

    Patio Door

    We were looking to replace our old french door with a patio door. We shopped around, looked at displays and received quotes from a couple of companies. We were so impressed with the quality of product at New Look Windows and Doors our decision to buy became easy. Installation was quick, professional and we are extremely happy and would definitely recommend New Look - great price and unparalleled quality.

    It's the second time that we are hiring services from New Look windows and Doors.This company deserves an "11" rating.Alex and his team were absolute professionals from end-to-end. We not only secured a very competitive price for very high quality product, but Alex and his team were prompt, responsive and courteous throughout each stage of our interaction. I would highly recommend New Look above any other supplier on the market - we did our due diligence and New Look is head and shoulders above the rest.

    Doors Installation

    We chose New Look because we received a very competitive quote. Manufacturing was quick, installation was timely and we are pleased with the quality of the product. Alex will not only present his product and explain the latest technology for windows and doors, but also help you choose the style that will suit perfectly for your house. Alex is a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales representative. We are all very happy with quality, price and punctuality of the salesperson and the entire crew. Job well done.
