I found New Look Windows online and called them for a estimate. They were very friendly and set up a time that worked well for me. After I received my estimates from a few companies and after careful consideration I choose them to do the work. I found that I was getting the best experience and value for my money by dealing with them. Since the project has been complete I would happily recommend them to anyone needing new windows, doors or any of there other services! Thanks New Look.

We recently had New Look Windows and Doors install new windows at our home .We received their phone number from a friend and decided to have someone come out and give us an estimate. Alex arrived and from the moment we started talking with him we felt very comfortable, so comfortable in fact that we booked on the spot.From the initial visit with the sales manager Alex through to the installation , New Look had an honest and professional approach.The windows look great from both inside and out. We would definitely recommend Alex and his team. We will certainly be back when we replace the remaining windows and doors in a few years.Thanks again!

They changed three windows in the house. The work was good and they were fast, on time and efficient coming and going when they said they would. The windows were installed about 2 months ago and so far so good, I’d recommend them.

I first heard of New Look through an ad on 740 AM, and I decided to call them and give them a try. In the end, I hired them to replace a few windows for me in the dining room and bedroom, as well as one basement window. I was happy with the work they did and though they did a good (but not great) job overall.

We shopped around through many contractors and after many quotations decided on New Look. We liked the products they offered, the selection & quality, as well as how they manufacture their products locally. Alex was our salesman and found him to be very professional & knowledgeable with every aspect of the work we needed to have done. He was very patient, kind and genuinely involved with our project and offered many sensible suggestions and options to suit our needs. The quality of the doors they have installed are very high end, they look great and operate perfectly. Their installers were very nice and did a great job, they were thorough and explained each step they took to ensure we knew the job was being done right. When they cleaned up, you wouldn't even have known we had this project done (except for the dramatic change in appearance with the new doors!). We have had lots of compliments on the job and have recommended New Look to our friends & neighbours; when we are ready to replace some of our older windows we will be sure to call them!

They were referred to me by my friend and I trusted this friend so I went with the company for the installation of my front door. Everything was fine and reasonable so I had no reason to recommend that they do anything differently. I think I'm happy with what they've done.

He brought an ipad with lots of photos of work done.The sales representative, Alex was congenial, helpful and knowledgeable. The quote was very competitive, they had a superior product, and Alex was quick to make recommendations based on the age of our home. Installation went smoothly and Alex came by to review work done and check in with us. The clean up was immaculate. Very conscientious company - we will be using them again to replace all our other windows in the near future.We would recommend New Look to anyone considering new windows for their home.

From the beginning the sales representative presented all of the options that were available for our replacement windows and doors including types, styles and environmental options. The windows and doors were delivered on time and the installation crew were extremely customer focused and friendly.They spent a whole day to replace door,windows and to build bay window.The installation process was excellent. the installer and his helpers were very knowledgeable and detail oriented.My wife and I were so pleased with the workmenship and competance of New Look and have recommended them to our friends and neighbors and thought we should pass this on to your readers.

Eight years ago, we changed our windows and hired a company that went out of business. For 8 years, we remained unhappy looking at the poor workmanship and quality if those windows and patio door.We got other quotes but we chose New Look based on quality of product, and pricing.Installer even reinforced our bay window without damaging any drywall.The installer that worked on our home did a great job. He made the necessary adjustments ensuring a secure fit, and cleaned up the work areas well.Fantastic job all around. Very pleased with finished product

I hired New Look to replace an old door and make a bigger the window in the room and another cut out in the hallway and was very satisfied with their service.The salesperson, Alex, provided me with useful information and wasn't as pushy as some others I had talked to. The installation crew was professional, fast and courteous, providing solid work and cleanup after the job.My new windows look amazing! I was very satisfied with their product & work.
